Claims (29)
1. Resinsammensætning, der omfatter mindst: a. en organophosphorforbindelse; og b. en forgrenet amorf carboxylsyrefunktionel polyester, hvilken polyester har en Tg på mindst 40 °C målt ved hjælp af differential scanningskalorimetri ved en opvarmningshastighed på 5 °C/min, hvilken polyester omfatter mindst: bi) 1 til 45 mol-% 2,2-dimethyl-l,3-propandiol; bii) 3 til 21 mol-% af en C3 til Cs-alifatisk diol ADI, der ikke inkluderer 2,2-dimethyl-l,3-propandiol; biii) 2,5 til 10 mol-% af en Ce til Cso-alif atisk eller cykloalifatisk diol AD2; biv) 0,5 til 10 mol-% af en mindst trifunktionel monomer; bv) 10 til 55 mol-% terephthalsyre; hvor mol-%'en er baseret på polyesteren; og c. en amin og/eller et aminsalt.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor aminen er en tertiær amin.
3. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, hvor aminsaltet er et kvaternært ammoniumsalt.
4. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor det molære forhold mellem ADI og AD2 (= mol ADl/mol AD2) i polyesteren er mindst lig med eller højere end 1 og højst lig med 10.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor ADI er 1,2-propandiol, og AD2 er 1,6-hexandiol.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor polyesteren omfatter 1 til 40 mol-% 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propandiol.
7. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor polyesteren omfatter 1 til 35 mol-% 2,2-dimethyl- I, 3-propandio1.
8. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor polyesteren omfatter 32 til 55 mol-% terephthalsyre.
9. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor polyesteren omfatter 3 til 10 mol-% af en C6 til C5o_alifatisk eller cykloalifatisk diol AD2.
10. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor polyesteren yderligere omfatter 1 til 15 mol-% adipinsyre. II. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor polyesteren yderligere omfatter 2 til 15 mol-% adipinsyre.
12. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor polyesteren yderligere omfatter 2,5 til 15 mol-% adipinsyre.
13. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, hvor polyesteren har en viskositet målt ved 160 °C ved anvendelse af et kegle- og pladereometer Brookfield CAP 2000+ med spindel CAP-S-05 ved 21 rpm (forskydningshastighed 70 s-1) på højst 150 Pa.s.
14. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, hvor organophosphorforbindelsen er udvalgt fra gruppen af phosphoniumsalte, der har mindst én phosphorcarbonbinding, og/eller organophosphiner, der har mindst én phosphorcarbonbinding.
15. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, hvor organophosphorforbindelsen er udvalgt fra gruppen af kvaternære phosphoniumsalte og/eller tertiære organophosphiner.
16. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 15, hvor polyesteren har en syreværdi på mindst 14 og højst 120 mg KOH/g polyester.
17. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 15, hvor polyesteren har en syreværdi på mindst 20 og højst 90 mg KOH/g polyester.
18. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17, hvor mængden af organophosphorforbindelse; og eventuel tertiær amin og/eller kvaternær ammoniumsalt, der er til stede, ligger i intervallet fra mindst 0,1 til højst 5 % vægt/vægt baseret på den totale vægt af polyester og organophosphorforbindelse; og eventuel tertiær amin og/eller kvaternær ammoniumsalt, der er til stede.
19. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17, hvor mængden af organophosphorforbindelse; og eventuel tertiær amin og/eller kvaternær ammoniumsalt, der er til stede, ligger i intervallet fra mindst 0,1 til højst 3 % vægt/vægt baseret på den totale vægt af polyester og organophosphorforbindelse; og eventuel tertiær amin og/eller kvaternær ammoniumsalt, der er til stede.
20. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17, hvor mængden af organophosphorforbindelse; og eventuel tertiær amin og/eller kvaternær ammoniumsalt, der er til stede, ligger i intervallet fra mindst 0,1 til højst 2 % vægt/vægt baseret på den totale vægt af polyester og organophosphorforbindelse; og eventuel tertiær amin og/eller kvaternær ammoniumsalt, der er til stede.
21. Termohærdende pulvercoatingsammensætning, der omfatter en resinsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 20 og et krydsbindingsmiddel, der har funktionelle grupper, der er reaktive med carboxylsyregrupperne på polyesteren.
22. Sammensætning ifølge krav 21, hvor i. mængden af polyesteren ligger i intervallet fra 50 til 98 % vægt/vægt baseret på den totale vægt af polyesteren og krydsbindingsmidlet, og ii. mængden af krydsbindingsmidlet ligger i intervallet fra 2 til 50 % vægt/vægt baseret på den totale vægt af polyesteren og krydsbindingsmidlet.
23. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 21 til 22, hvor krydsbindingsmidlet er en forbindelse, der har mindst to oxiranringe.
24. Sammensætning ifølge krav 21, hvor krydsbindingsmidlet er en forbindelse, der har mindst to β-hydroxyalkylamid (BHA)-grupper.
25. Sammensætning ifølge krav 21, hvor krydsbindingsmidlet er en forbindelse, der har mindst to β-hydroxyalkylamid (BHA)-grupper, og mængden af polyesteren ligger i intervallet fra 85 til 98 % vægt/vægt baseret på den totale vægt af polyesteren og krydsbindingsmidlet.
26. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en termohærdende pulvercoatingsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 21 til 25, der omfatter trinene: a. blanding af en resinsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 20 med et krydsbindingsmiddel, der har funktionelle grupper, der er reaktive med carboxylsyregrupperne på polyesteren i resinsammensætningen, til opnåelse af en forblanding; b. opvarmning af den opnåede forblanding, fortrinsvis i en ekstruder, til opnåelse af et ekstrudat; c. nedkøling af ekstrudatet opnået i trin b) til opnåelse af et størknet ekstrudat; d. formaling af det opnåede størknede ekstrudat til mindre partikler til opnåelse af den termohærdende pulvercoatingsammensætning og fortrinsvis inddeling af de således fremstillede pulverpartikler ved hjælp af en sigte og opsamling af sigtefraktionen med en partikelstørrelse under 130 ym, fortrinsvis under 90 ym.
27. Fremgangsmåde til frembringelse af en coating på et substrat, der omfatter trinene påføring af en termohærdende pulvercoatingsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 21 til 25 på substratet og hærdning af den termohærdende pulvercoatingsammensætning til frembringelse af coatingen.
28. Pulvercoating fremstillet ved hjælp af delvis eller fuld hærdning af en termohærdende pulvercoatingsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 21 til 25.
29. Coatet substrat, der omfatter en coating, der er opnået ved hærdning af en termohærdende pulvercoatingsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 21 til 25.
30. Anvendelse af en resinsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 20 eller af en termohærdende pulvercoatingsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 21 til 25 eller af et coatet substrat ifølge krav 29 til anvendelser i automobiler, til marine formål, i luftfartøjer, til medicinske formål, inden for forsvaret, til sports/rekreative formål, inden for arkitektur, til flaskeemballager, i husholdningen samt i maskiner.
