Claims (10)
1. System, der omfatter: et injektions- og ekstraktionssystem (120; 300), der er indrettet til at injicere en retinamanipulationsvæske i et øje (180) gennem en første kanal, der defineres af en første kanyle (310), og ekstrahere væske fra øjet gennem en anden kanal (325), der defineres af en anden kanyle (320), hvor den anden kanyle omfatter en muffe (322), der begrænser, hvor meget den anden kanyle penetrerer øjet, idet den første kanyle strækker sig distalt forbi den anden kanyle, og den første kanyle er inde i den anden kanyle med en ringformet kanal (325) mellem den første kanyle og den anden kanyle, hvor injektions- og ekstraktionssystemet omfatter et legeme, hvorigennem den første kanyle passerer, hvilket legeme er koblet til muffen via en manchet (340); et væskeekstraktionssystem (150), der er indrettet til at påføre negativt tryk til injektions- og ekstraktionssystemet til at lette væskeekstraktion; et computersystem (160; 204), der er indrettet til at justere det negative tryk, der påføres ved hjælp af væskeekstraktionssystemet; og et infusionssystem (110), der er indrettet til at injicere infusionsvæske til opretholdelse af formen af et øje, der gennemgår retinal kirurgi.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor computersystemet er indrettet til at justere det negative tryk på basis af intraokulært tryk i øjet.
3. System ifølge krav 1, hvor computersystemet yderligere er indrettet til at kontrollere injektion af retinamanipulationsvæsken gennem injektions- og ekstraktionssystemet (120) .
4. System ifølge krav 3, der yderligere omfatter et væsketryksystem, hvilket væsketryksystem kan kontrolleres af computersystemet til påføring af positivt tryk til injektion af retinamanipulationsvæsken.
5. System ifølge krav 1, hvor den første kanyle (310) er indrettet til at injicere en væske med en højere massefylde end væsker, som den anden kanyle (320) er indrettet til at ekstrahere.
6. System ifølge krav 1, hvor den anden kanyle fungerer som en kanyle til indføring af medicinske instrumenter i et øje.

9. Computerprogramprodukt ifølge krav 8, hvor den anden programinstruktion kontrollerer påføringen af negativt tryk på basis af en intraokulær trykmåling.
10. Computerprogramprodukt ifølge krav 8, hvor den første programinstruktion kontrollerer et væsketryksystem, der påfører positivt tryk til injektion af retinamanipulationsvæsken.
