Claims (14)
1. Autoinjektor (1) til administration af en dosis af et væskeformigt medikament (M), som omfatter: - et aflangt hus (2), der er indrettet til at indeholde en sprøjte (7) med en hul kanyle (9) og en prop (10) til forsegling af sprøjten (7) og forskydning af medikamentet (M) , hvilket aflange hus (2) har en distal ende (D) og en proksimal ende (P) med en åbning, der er beregnet til at blive ført mod et injektionssted, hvor sprøjten (7) er glidbart anbragt i forhold til huset (2), - et fjedermiddel (14), der er i stand til ved aktivering at skubbe kanylen (9) fra en dækket position inde i huset (2) til en fremskudt position gennem åbningen og forbi den proksimale ende (P) samt drive sprøjten (7) til at dispensere dosen af medikament (M), et aktiveringsmiddel (4), der er indrettet til at låse fjedermidlet (14) i en trykpåført tilstand før manuel betjening og i stand til ved manuel betjening at frigøre fjedermidlet (14) til injektion, hvor fjedermidlet (14) er en torsionsfjeder (14), der er fastgjort i den ene ende i huset (2) og i den anden ende i en første geardel (15), der kan rotere omkring en længdeakse, men er aksialt fikseret, hvor den første geardel (15) ved rotation er indrettet til translativ bevægelse af en anden geardel (11), hvilken anden geardel (11) er forhindret i at rotere i forhold til huset og er koblet til proppen (10), så den skubbes mod den proksimale ende (P) , hvor den første geardel (15) er i indgreb med aktiveringsmidlet (4) før manuel betjening på en måde til forhindring af rotation og afkobles fra aktiveringsmidlet (4) ved manuel betjening, hvor en i det væsentlige rørformet kanyleafskærmning (3) er anbragt omkring sprøjten (7) i huset (2), hvilken kanyleafskærmning (3) kan glide mellem mindst en tilbagetrukket position, hvor kanyleafskærmningen (3) er næsten skjult inde i huset (2), og en fremskudt position, hvor kanyleafskærmningen (3) stikker frem fra den proksimale ende (P) og dækker den hule kanyle (9) i dens fremskudte position, hvor kanyleafskærmningen (3) påvirkes af et andet fjedermiddel (12) mod den fremskudte position, der er kendetegnet ved, at kanyleafskærmningen (3) er låst i den tilbagetrukne position ved hjælp af et låsemiddel, der kan frigøres ved hjælp af rotationsbevægelse, der overføres fra den første geardel (15) via en koblingsmekanisme, der går i indgreb med den anden geardel (11), kort før den anden geardel (11) er fuldt fremskudt under et indsprøjtningsslag.
2. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at en indgrebsmekanisme er indrettet til at låse aktiveringsmidlet (4) og forhindre, at det betjenes manuelt, hvor indgrebsmekanismen er koblet til kanyleafskærmningen (3) , hvor indgrebsmekanismen kan frigøres ved at skubbe kanyleafskærmningen (3) et lille stykke ind i huset (2) fra kanyleafskærmningens (3) tilbagetrukne position.
3. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at aktiveringsmidlet (4) er en udløserknap (4), der er anbragt lateralt på huset (2) og kan betjenes, ved at den trykkes i tværgående retning i forhold til længdeaksen.
4. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 3, der er kendetegnet ved, at udløserknappen (4) har en låsestift (18), der kan gå i indgreb med mindst én stoptand (19), der er tilvejebragt på den første geardel (15), til forhindring af rotation deraf, så fjedermidlet (14) låses i dets trykpåførte tilstand.
5. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, der er kendetegnet ved, at låsemidlet har form af en bajonetlås mellem kanyleafskærmningen (3) og et udvendigt bagenderør (13) , der er anbragt omkring torsionsfjederen (14), hvor kanyleafskærmningen (3) styres i huset (2) på en måde, der forhindrer relativ rotation, og hvor det udvendige bagenderør (13) er koblet til koblingsmekanismen, hvor bajonetlåsen omfatter en bajonetstift (32), der er anbragt på det ene af det udvendige bagenderør (13) eller kanyleafskærmningen (3), og et stiftspor (33) , der er anbragt på det andet af det udvendige bagenderør (13) eller kanyleafskærmningen (3).
6. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at den anden geardel (11) er en stempelstang (11) med et udvendigt ledeskruegevind (16), hvilken stempelstang (11) har et aksialt hul til glidbar anbringelse af stempelstangen (11) på en aksel (21), der er fastgjort til huset (2), hvor det aksiale hul og akslen (21) har tilsvarende ikke-cirkulære profiler, hvor den første geardel (15) er en ledemøtrik (15) , der er i indgreb med det udvendige ledeskruegevind (16).
7. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 6, der er kendetegnet ved, at det udvendige ledeskruegevind (16) har en variabel stigning.
8. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af kravene 3 til 7, der er kendetegnet ved, at indgrebsmekanismen omfatter respektive gribere (24, 25), der er tilvejebragt på kanyleafskærmningen (3) og udløserknappen (4).
9. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, der er kendetegnet ved, at sprøjten (7) er anbragt i en sprøjtemedbringer (8) og understøttet af sprøjtemedbringeren (8) i en proksimal ende, hvor sprøjtemedbringeren (8) er glidbart anbragt i kanyleafskærmningen (3) , og hvor der er tilvejebragt et modhold i kanyleafskærmningen (3), der definerer en maksimal fremadposition for sprøjtemedbringeren (8) .
10. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, der er kendetegnet ved, at koblingsmekanismen omfatter en rundtgående ansats (28), der er anbragt på den anden geardel (11), og mindst én elastisk koblingsfinger (29) med en respektiv skrå indre overflade, der er anbragt i en distal ende af den første geardel (15), hvor ansatsen (28) er indrettet til at udøve et stigende tryk mod den skrå overflade til derved udadbøjning af koblingsfingrene (29) tæt på slutningen af et indsprøjtningsslag, hvor koblingsmekanismen yderligere omfatter et indvendigt bagenderør (20), der er anbragt omkring koblingsfingrene (29) inde i torsionsfjederen (14) og fastgjort til det udvendige bagenderør (13) i deres distale ender, idet det indvendige bagenderør (14) har et antal indre længdegående noter (31) til at gå i indgreb med de udadbøjede koblingsfingre (29) .
11. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 10, der er kendetegnet ved, at de indre længdegående noter (31) er anbragt på en måde, så de danner en klinkehage, når de er i indgreb med koblingsfingrene (29) .
12. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, der er kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt en låsemekanisme til låsning af kanyleafskærmningen (3) i dens fremskudte position.
13. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt mindst ét vindue (6) i huset (2) til inspektion af sprøjten (7).
14. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af kravene 6 til 13, der er kendetegnet ved, at ledemøtrikken (15) er forsynet med mindst én stift eller med et kugleleje (17) til at gå i indgreb med det udvendige ledeskruegevind (16).
