Claims (10)
1. Portionstobaksprodukt omfattende en tobaksfyldning (11) indeholdende bladtobak eller en bladtobakbestanddel, og en første lomme (12) indbefattende et omsvøbsmateriale, der har funktionen at styre gennemtrængningen af en forbindelse indeholdt i tobaksfyldningen (11), hvor tobaksfyldningen (11) er indeholdt i den første lomme (12), og omsvøbsmaterialet er lavet af et vandskyende omsvøbsmateriale som har en afskæringsmolekylvægt på 350 til 500.000, kendetegnet ved, at det vandskyende omsvøbsmateriale er bibragt en hydrofil egenskab som resultat af en behandling med en amfipatisk substans for at tillade gennemtrængning af nikotin gennem det vandskyende omsvøbsmateriale, mens der opretholdes en evne til at forhindre gennemtrængning af en farvestofforbindelse indeholdt i tobaksfyldningen.

Portionstobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at portionstobaksproduktet yderligere omfatter en anden lomme (13) indeholdende et porøst vanduopløseligt basismateriale, hvor den anden lomme (13) er anbragt inde i den første lomme (12), og tobaksfyldningen (11) er direkte indbefattet i den anden lomme (13).
5. Portionstobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 3 eller 4, kendetegnet ved, at en smagsstoffyldning (14) er indbefattet i et rum mellem den første lomme (12) og den anden lomme (13).
