Fremgangsmåde, der kan udføres kontinuerligt, til fremstilling af et halvkokspulver med høj massefylde og flydeevne, kendetegnet ved, at man dis-pergerer et sinterdygtigt carbonpulver (halvkoks) i vand ved tilsætning af mindst et bindemiddel og mindst et opløsningsmiddel, hvor man indstiller dispersionens carbonandel til mindst 50 vægt-%, i forhold til dispersionens masse, og indstiller dispersionens zetapotential til mindre end -50 mV, underkaster dispersionen en homogenisering og stabilisering ved hjælp af en kontinuerlig vådformaling med en opholdstid i møllen på mindre end 3 minutter og sprøjtetørrer den homogene dispersion.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at man som opløsningsmiddel anvender en polymer af naphthalinsulfonsyren, der er fremstillet med formaldehyd, og anvender PEG 2.000 til 12.000 som bindemiddel.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at man udfører vådformalingen kontinuerligt i en kuglemølle.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at man indstiller dispersionens pH-værdi til mindst 7.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at halv-kokspulveret tilvejebragt ved sprøjtetørring har en massefylde i henhold til DIN 51705 på mindst 0,52 g/cm3 og en stampet massefylde i henhold til DIN 51916 på mindst 0,59 g/cm3.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at halv-kokspulveret tilvejebragt ved sprøjtetørring har en partikelstørrelse d50 på 60 til 100 pm.
7. Vandig dispersion, indeholdende mindst 50 vægt-% halvkokspulver, 0,5 til 2 vægt-% bindemiddel og 0,5 til 5 vægt-% opløsningsmiddel, hvor vægtprocentangivelserne for binde- og opløsningsmiddelandelen vedrører massen af dispersionens faste stof, hvor man dispergerer et sinterdygtigt carbonpulver (halvkoks) i vand ved tilsætning af bindemidlet og mindst et opløsningsmiddel, og hvor man indstiller dispersionens carbonandel til mindst 50 vægt-%, i forhold til dispersionens masse, og indstiller dispersionens zetapotential til mindre end -50 mV og underkaster dispersionen en homogenisering og stabilisering ved hjælp af en kontinuerlig vådformaling med en opholdstid i møllen på mindre end 3 minutter.
