Claims (7)
1. Roterende skærekniv af en cementeret carbid omfattende en hårdfase omfattende WC og en bindemiddelfase, kendetegnet ved, at den cementerede carbid har en sammensætning, i vægtprocent, på 3-4 Co, 6-8 Ni, 1-1,5 Cr og 0,1-0,3 Mo, med ligevægt af WC.
2. Roterende skærekniv ifølge krav 1, hvor mere end 95 % af WC-kornene har en størrelse på <1 pm.
3. Roterende skærekniv ifølge krav 2, hvor mere end 97 % af WC-kornene har en størrelse på <1 pm.
4. Roterende skærekniv ifølge et af kravene 1-3, hvor bindemiddelfasen indeholder mellem 7 og 14 vægt-% Cr+Mo.
5. Roterende skærekniv ifølge krav 4, hvor bindemiddelfasen indeholder mellem 8 og 14 vægt-% Cr+Mo.
6. Roterende skærekniv ifølge et af kravene 1-5, hvor et samlet carbonind-hold, i vægt-%, i den cementerede carbid er 6,13-(0,05±0,01)xy, hvor y er Co+Ni-indholdet i vægt-%.
7. Anvendelse af en roterende skærekniv ifølge et af kravene 1-6 til skæreknivanvendelser i et ætsende-slibende miljø.
