Claims (38)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL SEPARATION1. Fremgangsmåde til genvinding af xylose ved nanofiltrering fra en opløsning af plantebaseret biomassehydrolysat indeholdende xylose, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter udsættelse af opløsningen for nano filtrering for at opnå et nanofiltreringsretentat og et nanofiltreringspermeat og genvinding af nanofiltreringspermeatet omfattende en opløsning, der er beriget med xylose, kendetegnet ved regulering af xylosestrømmen i nanofiltreringspermeatet til et interval fra 0,2 til 3 kg xylose/(m2/t) ved justering af opløsningens tørstofindhold (DS) af det plantebaserede biomassehydrolysat, der er anvendt som nanofilfrermgstilførslen, til et interval fra 25 til 40 vægt-% og nanofilfreringstilførslens xyloseindhold til et interval fra 35 til 65 % baseret på DS, og ved yderligere justering af nanofiltreringstemperaturen til intervallet fra 55-70 °C og nano filtreringstrykket til intervallet fra 20-45 bar, genvinding af et nanofiltreringpermeat med et tørstofindhold på 10 til 40 vægt-% og et xyloseindhold på 35 til 85 % baseret på DS for at tilvejebringe en xyloseberigelsesfaktor på mindst 1,2 i nanofiltreringspermeatet og en permeatfortyndingsfaktor, der er højere end 0,2.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor opløsningens tørstofindhold af plantebaseret biomassehydrolysat, der er anvendt som nanofiltreringstilførslen, justeres til intervallet fra 25-35 vægt-%.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor indholdet af xylose i opløsningen af plantebaseret biomassehydrolysat, der er anvendt som nanofiltreringstilførslen, justeres til intervallet fra 35-50 % baseret på DS.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor fremgangsmåden tilvejebringer et tørstofindhold i intervallet på 10 til 30 vægt-% i nanofiltreringspermeatet.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor fremgangsmåden tilvejebringer et xyloseindhold i intervallet 45-70 % baseret på DS i nanofiltreringspermeatet.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor fremgangsmåden tilvejebringer en xyloseberigelsesfaktor i intervallet 1,2-6 i nanofiltreringspermeatet.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor fremgangsmåden tilvejebringer en permeatfortyndingsfaktor, der er større end 0,5.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor nano filtreringen sker ved en temperatur på 55 til 70 °C ved starten af nanofiltreringen, efterfulgt af justering igen af temperaturen på et senere trin af nano filtreringen.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor nanofiltreringen udføres som en flerfasenanofiltrering og temperaturen igen justeres i senere faser til at være forskellig fra den i den første fase.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor temperaturen ved det senere trin af nanofiltreringen justeres igen til at være lavere end 90 °C.
- 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor temperaturen ved det senere trin af nanofiltreringen justeres til at være højere end 30 °C.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor xylose strømmen reguleres ved justering af trykket til intervallet fra 30-40 bar.
- 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor nanofiltreringen udføres ved et pH i intervallet fra 1-10, fortrinsvis 2-8 og mest fortrinsvis 3-6.
- 14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor xylose strømmen reguleres ved justering af pH’et til intervallet fra 3-6.
- 15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor pH’et justeres med forbindelser, der indeholder divalente kationer, såsom Mg2+ og Ca2+.
- 16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor nano filtreringen udføres med en nano filtreringsmembran med en cutoff-størrelse i intervallet 150-1000 g/mol, fortrinsvis i intervallet 150-250 g/mol.
- 17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor nano filtreringen udføres med en nanofiltreringsmembran, der er udvalgt fra polymere og uorganiske membraner.
- 18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor hydrolysatet af plantebasereret biomasse omfatter et hydrolysat af xylanholdigt vegetabilsk materiale.

- 34. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 33, hvor forbehandlingstrinnene er udvalgt fra ionbytning, membranfiltrering, kromatografi, koncentration, pH-justering, filtrering, fortynding, krystallisering og kombinationer deraf.
- 35. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor fremgangsmåden ligeledes omfatter ét eller flere efterbehandlingstrin.
- 36. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor efterbehandlingstrinnene er udvalgt fra ionbytning, krystallisering, kromatografi, omvendt osmose, opkoncentration ved fordampning, farvefjemelse, ekstraktion og præcipitation.
- 37. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor nanofiltreringen udføres som en batch-proces eller en kontinuerlig proces.
- 38. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter genvinding af en opløsning, der er beriget med lignosulphonater som nanofiltreringsretentatet.
