Claims (7)
1. Fremgangsmåde til kortbuesvejsning, i hvilken fremgangsmåde - der dannes en elektrisk periodisk vekslende bue, som kortsluttes periodisk af en smeltet dråbe (22) fra svejsetråden (20), mellem svejsetråden (20) og basismaterialet (21), hvor - hver svejsecyklus dannes af en kortslutningsfase (14) og en buefase (15), hvor både kortslutnings- (14) og buefasen (15) indbefatter både en højspændingspuls (5, 10) og lavspændingsperioder (2, 7, 12, 16), - parametre (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) af slutdelen af kortslutningsfasen defineres før starten på kortslutningsfasen (14) på grundlag af materialet, beskyttelsesgassen og trådfremføringshastigheden, kendetegnet ved, at - der på grundlag af parametrene i slutdelen af hver kortslutningsfase (14) dannes en faldende strømform (6, 7), hvor pinchingen af dråben (22) i denne periode forventes, uden at det forsøges at detektere pinching af dråben (22).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den første del af kortslutningsreaktionen er en højspændingspuls, som tilvejebringer en betydelig del af den energi, som er nødvendig for at fjerne tilsatsmetaldråben (22).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at depinchingen af tilsatsmetaldråben (22) finder sted på et strømniveau, som er tilstrækkeligt lavt til at opnå ikke-sprøjtning.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at varigheden af kortslutningsfasen (14) måles, og måledataene anvendes til at justere parametrene (1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) af den følgende bue- og kortslutningsfase.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at varigheden af kortslutningsfasen (14) måles, og måledataene anvendes til at justere parametrene (1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) af den følgende bue- og kortslutningsfase.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at svejsepølen ved starten på buefasen (15) dannes (8, 9, 10) ved anvendelse af en pulslignende strøm.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at buen ved starten på buefasen (15) dannes ved anvendelse af en multi-parametrisk (8, 9, 10) pulslignende strøm.
