Abstract
The system has forced air evaporator (1) and condenser (2) systems with a pump (5) and three-way valves (8,13,29) at the outlet (7) of the evaporator an the inlet (14) and outlet (15) of the condenser by which heating or cooling may be directed in winter and summer conditions.
