Claims (31)
1. Isoleret polynucleotid valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (a) en nucleinsyresekvens med mindst 85% sekvensidentitet til SEQ ID NO: 1 eller komplementet heraf. (b) en nucleinsyresekvens, som koder for eller er komplementær til en sekvens, som koder for et 029cel-polypeptid med mindst 85% sekvensidentitet til aminosyresekvensen SEQ ID NO: 3, (c) en nucleinsyresekvens, som koder for eller er komplementær til en sekvens, som koder for et 029cel-polypeptid med mindst 90% sekvensidentitet til aminosyresekvensen SEQ ID NO: 3, (d) en nucleinsyresekvens, som koder for eller er komplementær til en sekvens, som koder for et 029cel-polypeptid med mindst 95% sekvensidentitet til aminosyresekvensen SEQ ID NO: 3, (e) en nucleinsyresekvens, som koder for eller er komplementær til en sekvens, som koder for et 029cel-polypeptid med aminosyresekvensen SEQ ID NO: 3, hvor nævnte isolerede polynucleotid koder for et polypeptid med biologisk aktivitet af en cellulase, og hvor identiteten bestemmes ved CLUSTAL-W-program i MacVector version 6,5 betjent med default parametre indbefattet en ’’open gap penalty” på 10,0, en ’’excented gap penalty” på 0,1 og en BLOSUM 30 similari-tetsmatrix.
2. Isoleret polynucleotid valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (a) en nucleinsyresekvens SEQ ID NO: 1 eller komplementet hertil, (b) en nucleinsyresekvens, som hybridiserer under højstringente betingelser til sekvensen SEQ ID NO: 1 eller komplementet hertil, (c) en nucleinsyresekvens SEQ ID NO: 2 eller komplementet hertil, og (d) en nucleinsyresekvens, som hybridiserer ved højstringente betingelser til sekvensen SEQ ID NO: 2 eller komplementet heraf, 46 hvori nævnte isolerede polynucleotid koder for et polypeptid med den biologiske aktivitet af en cellulase, og hvor hybridisering udføres ved 42°C i 50% formamid, 6 X SCC, 5X Denhardts opløsning, 0,5% SDS og 100 pg/ml denatureret bærer-DNA efterfulgt afvask to gange i 2X SSPE og 0,5% SDS ved stuetemperatur og to yderligere gange i 0,1 SSPE og 0,5% SDS ved 42°C.
