Combined fuel tank and tool tank.

The invention relates to a cylindrically designed portable combination tank for storing fuel and various tools in an anti-theft manner.

The tank is divided into two rooms. One room serves as a fuel tank and in the other room various aids such as tools, wear parts, oils and more are stored.

The tank is a tightly closed, environmentally friendly, strong, compact unit.

In a Swedish patent No. 7909390-2, a portable fuel and storage container having one or more fuel tanks and an additional storage space are arranged so that lifting at one point (the equilibrium point) is possible.

Furthermore, it is known to use containers for storing tools, drums with oils and various lubricants.

The object of the invention is to provide a combination tank where in the other room can be stored hand tools, spare parts, drums, etc. in an orderly way so it's easy to get to.

This is achieved by designing the combination tank as set forth in the characterizing portion of claim 1.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. Displays a side view of the combination tank that is based on a conventional fuel tank. The tank is divided into 2 compartments, compartment 1 and compartment 2. The bell-shaped shield (10) is hinged from the outside to wrapper 5 so that upon closing it encloses a high collar (12).

This also prevents oil spills outside the tank. The door (10) is secured against opening by a locking rod (11) mounted internally in room 2. The locking rod (11) for the screen (10) can only be activated when the end cover (5) is open.

Section A-A shows how the tank is secured against unwanted access. End cap (5) is held to the tank by a fixed arm (18) welded to bulkhead (17) extends through a slot in locking niche (8) when end cap (5) is closed in place by handle (6).

By placing a padlock (7) in a locking eye in the arm (18), the end cover (5) is prevented from opening. Since the padlock is located in a recessed niche (8), destruction of the pad is difficult.

Section B-B shows the structure of the shelving system. The drawers (3) and shelves (4) are located on retractable tubes (19) whose outer dimensions fit into the fixed tubes (16) mounted in 25 center bulkheads (17) and inside compartment 1. A fixed stop mounted on tubes (16) ) prevents the retractable shelves (4) and drawers (3) from falling out.

The combination tank is divided into two compartments. In room 1, fuel (engine gas oil) is stored and in room 2 is stored on extractable drawers of hand tools, spare parts, wear parts, grease spray, oil, water jug, sprinkler liquid, hopper, waste oil container etc.

Engine, hydraulic and gear oil in 50 1 steel drums are stored on retractable shelves. The drawers and shelves are pulled by loading and unloading from room 2 and at the same time giving better overview.

The drawers and shelving are suspended and guided in a number of guide tubes, which from room 2 are passed through the middle bulkhead into room 1 and fixed here. The control tubes in room 2 are terminated with a fixed stop which prevents the drawers and shelves from falling out during use. However, if you want to pull out the drawers and the shelves completely, you overcome the stop by lifting the shelf extra upwards. Underneath the lower drawer in room 2 is placed a collection vessel for collecting oil spills and more. This is covered with a perforated plate which is removed when emptying the tub for contents.

The fill, vent and drain nozzle for compartment 1 (the fuel tank) is located above the tank close to the bulkhead for compartment 2. Spills from the top of the tank when filling and draining are prevented by a high collar from running outside the tank, but is instead directed down to the collection vessel.

To prevent theft of fuel, the above section is closed with a bell-shaped screen enclosing the aforementioned collar externally. The screen is hinged externally, but secured from the inside by a locking bracket on a 20 torque arm inside the screen. A locking bar suspended inside room 2 is pushed forward by securing the screen and retaining it from the inside, the torque arm and the high collar make it difficult to open the screen in case the outside of the hinge is cut over.

The enclosure of Room 2 is completed with a strong angular core frame which reinforces the tank and at the same time forms a frame for the end cover. The end cover is reinforced with flat iron and delimited by a strong tube which, when closed, encloses the angular frame of the casing.

30 This is hinged to the wrapper and upon closing, a handle clamps the end cover in place and a locking eye mounted in compartment 2 appears in a recessed locking niche inside the end cover. Placing a padlock in this eye prevents unwanted access through the end cover.

35 The combination tank is placed on rails that prevent it from tipping over and being damaged during transport. The combination tank is lifted by means of two eyes located at the top of the scoop.
