Abstract

The hydraulic cylinder (1) has at least one cylinder rod (2) with an additional piston (4) incorporated in the rod for accommodating an arrangement (5) for counteracting unwanted displacement of the cylinder rod. The arrangement engages in grooves (3) in the hydraulic cylinder in the event of a change in the pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the chamber of the hydraulic cylinder. An independent claim is also included for a drive mechanism for an inventive device.
