Claims (28)
1. 7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvori det blokerende molekyle er et peptid bestående af sekvensen TCHAACKRIPNKK (SEQ ID NO:9).
8. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvori det blokerende molekyle er et peptid bestående af sekvensen TCMAACKRIPNKK (SEQ ID NO:10).
9. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvori det blokerende molekyle er et peptid bestående af sekvensen TCFAACKRIPNKK (SEQ ID NO:11).

Sammensætning, der omfatter et blokerende molekyle, som inhibererden biologiske aktivitet af et CX3C-sekvenstema i et respiratorisk syncytialvirus G-glycoprotein, hvori C er en cysteinrest, og X er en hvilken som helst aminosy-rerest ud over cystein, hvor det blokerende molekyle er et antistof, der er dannet mod et peptid bestående af en sekvens, der er valgt blandt SEQ ID NO:3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 eller 11, til inhibering af binding af respiratorisk syncytialvirus G-glycoproteinet til en CX3CR1-receptor, hvorved antistoffet binder specifikt til aminosyrepositionerne 182-186 i et naturligt forekommende respiratorisk syncytialvirus G-glycoprotein eller blokerer aktiviteten, der er forbundet med binding til CX3CR1-receptoren, og hvor antistoffet binder til peptidet bestående af sekvensen TCWAICKRIPNK (SEQ ID NO:3), til anvendelse til behandling af respiratorisk syncytialvirusinfektion hos en person, der er inficeret med respiratorisk syncytialvirus.
22. Anvendelse af respiratorisk syncytialvirus ifølge krav 12 til fremstilling af en sammensætning til forebyggelse af respiratorisk syncytialvirusinfektion hos en person.
23. Anvendelse af sammensætningen ifølge krav 1 til fremstilling af en formulering til induktion afen immunreaktion i en person, hvor formuleringen omfatter en immunogen mængde af sammensætningen ifølge krav 1 og en farmaceutisk acceptabel bærer.

Anvendelse af en sammensætning, der omfatter et blokerende molekyle, som inhiberer den biologiske aktivitet af et CX3C-sekvenstema i et respiratorisk syncytialvirus G-glycoprotein, hvori C er en cysteinrest, og X er en hvilken som helst aminosyrerest ud over cystein, hvor det blokerende molekyle er et antistof, der er dannet mod et peptid bestående af en sekvens, der er valgt blandt SEQ ID NO:3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 eller 11 til inhibering af binding af respiratorisk syncytialvirus G-glycoproteinet til en CX3CR1-receptor, hvorved antistoffet binder specifikt til aminosyrepositionerne 182-186 i et naturligt forekommende respiratorisk syncytialvirus G-glycoprotein eller blokerer aktiviteten, der er forbundet med binding til CX3CR1-receptoren, og hvor antistoffet binder til peptidet bestående af sekvensen TCWAICKRIPNK (SEQ ID NO:3) til fremstilling af en formulering til induktion af en immunreaktion i en person, hvor formuleringen omfatter en immunogen mængde af antistoffet og en farmaceutisk acceptabel bærer.

27. Respiratorisk syncytialvirus ifølge krav 12, hvori aminosyresekvensen for CX3C-sekvenstemaet er deleteret.
28. Respiratorisk syncytialvirus ifølge krav 12, hvor virusset omfatter en inser-tionsmutation i aminosyresekvensen for CX3C-sekvenstemaet.
