Abstract

The device has a holder plate (5) fastened to the brake. The plate has an angled section, which fits precisely on a stepped surface of the brake, and engages under bending stress. The plate supports a warning cable (17) in a cable clip (21), and a plug (19) in a plug clip. The plug is part of a wear warning indicator. A modular unit consists of a brake lining (7), and a group of cable, stopper, and plug.
