Abstract

The invention relates to a clamp coupling for securing bone screws, pins or the like and for securing them to an external fixation, consisting of two half-shells which can be secured together by screws and having fittings for the bone screws or the like, and a ball-joint connector secured to one of the half-shells, whereby a rotary joint is fitted between the half-shell supporting the ball-joint connector and the ball-joint connector itself or an intermediate member permitting the jointed connection of the various components.
