Abstract

The installation has a housing (2,3,4) in which is rotatably located a device (6,7) contg. several compartments (8,9) for the accommodation of bicycles (10, 11). Fixture members (13,14,15) are available in at least a part of the compartments for the bicycles. Also in the housing is at least one lockable closure component (23). At least two superimposed, independently rotatable carousels (6,7) are incorporated and in at least one of them is at least one compartment (12) for moving a bicycle in and out. A column (5) is provided for retention of at least one rotary crown (27,29) for rotation of the compartments. The column in its upper area is provided with a support ring. <IMAGE>
