Abstract

A roof covering slab (10), in particular a concrete slab, has a holder (12) for roof fittings secured to its top side, approximately at its middle in the longitudinal direction, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the roof covering slab (10) and whose edges are laid on the roof covering slab. At least one reinforcing projection (14) arranged on the lower side of the roof covering slab (10) extends from the end (24) of the slab next to the ridge of the roof down to the beginning of the covering section (26) at the end (28) of the slab next to the eaves. A bearing surface (18) corresponding to the profile of the edge (16) of the holder (12) is shaped on the top side of the roof covering slab (10), and within this bearing surface (18) is formed a raised area (20) which form-fittingly engages the holder (12). The holder (12) is secured to the roof covering slab (10) by means of at least one non-detacheable coupling element (22). A horn (38) may be provided on the top side of the holder (12), at its end (28) next to the eaves, and fastening elements (40, 42), as well as concave cylindrical bearing surfaces (48 or 50) adapted to the lower profile of a fitting, may be provided at the horn (38) and at the end of the holder next to the roof ridge.
