Die Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur mechanischen Befestigung eines photovoltaischen rahmenlosen Solarmoduls an einem Gestell, einer Hochhausfassade, einem Dach oderdergleichen, wobei das Solarmodul in Kunststoff eingebettete und miteinander verschaltete Solarzellen, insbesondere Solarzellenlaminat, und als Abdeckung eine Glasscheibe oder Folie aufweist.The innovation relates to a device for mechanically fastening a photovoltaic frameless solar module to a frame, a high-rise building facade, a roof or the like, wherein the solar module has solar cells embedded in plastic and interconnected, in particular solar cell laminate, and a glass pane or film as a cover.
Es ist allgemein bekannt, terrestrische Solargeneratoren nebeneinander auf einem Gerüst bzw. einem Gestell anzuordnen. Hierbei sind die Gerüste normalerweise so aufgebaut, daß die Solargeneratoren einen möglichst günstigen Winkel zur Einfallsrichtung der von der Sonne abgegebenen Strahlung aufweist. Eine mechanische Befestigung von gerahmten Solargeneratoren auf einem Gestellprofil erfolgt bisher dadurch, daß die Rahmen von zwei benachbarten Solargeneratoren mit Hilfe von einem oder mehreren Schraubelementen an den Gestellprofilen festgeschraubt sind. Hierbei liegen die Rahmen der Solargeneratoren direkt auf dem Gestellprofil auf, wobei zwischen den Stirnseiten der Rahmen ein Zwischenraum ist. Dieser Zwischenraum wird von den Schäften der Schraubelemente ebenso durchsetzt, wie in den Gestellprofilen angeordnete Bohrungen. B. zwei derartige Befestigungselemente 1 auf der Rückseite eines rahmenlosen Solarmoduls 6 befestigt, so daß die zugehörigen Schenkel 4 parallel zu zwei gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten des Solarmoduls 6 angeordnet sind. Hierbei können beide Befestigungselemente 1 den gleichen Abstand von beispielsweise 30 cm von der Mittelachse des Solarmoduls 6 haben, dessen gesamte Länge z. B. etwa 1,10 m betragen kann und welches auf seiner Rückseite eine aufgeklebte Dose 9 für elektrische Anschlüsse aufweist. Die Anbringung der u-förmigen Befestigungselemente 1 erfolgt dadurch, daß ihre Mittelstege 2 mit einem beidseitig klebenden Distanzband 7, dessen Breite geringer als die Breite des u-förmigen Befestigungselementes 1 ist, auf der Rückseite des Solarmoduls 6 vorzugsweise mittig vorfixiert werden. Anschließend werden die sich dann seitlich vom Distanzband 7 ergebenden Hohlräume zwischen den Mittelstegen 7 der u-förmigen Befestigungselemente 1 und der Rückseite des Solarmoduls 6 mit einem Silikonkleber 8 ausgefüllt. Die mit derartigen Befestigungselementen 1 versehenen rahmenlosen Solargeneratoren lassen sich einfach, kostengünstig und schnell an Gestellen, Gerüsten, Hochhausfassaden, Dächern oderdergleichen befestigen oder zu einem Solargenerator mechanisch verbinden (vgl.
