Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einschraubheizkörper zur Erwärmung flüssiger Medien gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruchs 1, bei dem ein oder mehrere Rohrheizkörper in einem gemeinsamen Einschraubnippel angeordnet sind.The invention relates to a screw-in heater for heating liquid media according to the preamble of claim 1, in which one or more tubular heaters are arranged in a common screw-in nipple.
Bei bekannten Einschraubheizkörpern dieser Art erfolgt die Befestigung der Rohrheizköper im Einschraubnippel durch Löten. B. im Lebensmittelbereich, die Verwendung von Schmelzloten insofern problematisch ist, als die in derartigen Anlagen verarbeiteten Lebensmittel und/oder die zur Reinigung dieser Anlagen benutzten Mittel die Lötstellen mehr oder weniger stark angreifen und damit funktionsunfähig machen können.In known screw-in heaters of this type, the tubular heaters are attached to the screw-in nipple by soldering. Durch diese Anordnung bildet der Einschraubnippel ein stabiles Ganzes mit einem nach außen völlig dichten Hohlraum. Durch die nach obengeführten Anschlüsse 8 und 9 läßt sich der Heizkörper problemlos elektrisch anschließen. Außerdem bietet auch die Reinigung des Einschraubnippels keine Schwierigkeiten, weil keine schwer oder nicht zugänglichen Stellen vorhanden sind.Furthermore, the two pot parts IA and IB are welded together in their lower part.
