Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Öko-Grillpfanne die durch ihre besondere Form das Abtropfen des Fetts auf die glühende Holzkohle oder sonstige Hitzequelle verhindert. Da bei allen konventionell gebildeten Grillgeräten die Grillgutauflage aus Draht besteht, tropft beim Grillen das Fett ungehindert in die Hitzequelle und verbrennt unter Ruß-und Qualmbildung. Bei der Verbrennung des Fetts entsteht dabei unter anderem das karzinogene Benzpyren, das mit dem aufsteigenden Ruß zum Grillgut gelangt.The invention relates to an eco-grill pan which, thanks to its special shape, prevents fat from dripping onto the glowing charcoal or other heat source.
