Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schuhoberteilmaterial, insbesondere für die Herstellung von Kinderschuhen, bestehend aus einem Grundkörper, beispielsweise aus Leder, Kunstleder od.dergl., der zumindest teilweise mit einer Deckschicht versehen ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung einen unter Verwendung eines derartigen Schuhoberteilmaterials hergestellten Schuh.The invention relates to a shoe upper material, in particular for the manufacture of children's shoes, consisting of a base body, for example made of leather, synthetic leather or the like, which is at least partially provided with a covering layer. Durch die Erfindung sollen die Eigenschaften eines solchen Schuhoberteilmateriales verbessert werden. Die Erfindung besteht hiebei darin, daß die Deckschicht thermochrome Substanzen enthält. Solche thermochrome Substanzen haben die Eigenschaft, bei einem Wechsel der Umgebungstemperatur ihre Farben zu ändern. Befinden sich in der Deckschicht des Schuhoberteilmateriales derartige thermochrome Substanzen, so wird beim Tragen des mit einem solchen Schuhoberteilmaterial ausgestatteten Schuhs durch die Körpertemperatur die Farbe des mit einer derartigen Deckschicht ausgestatteten Schuhoberteilmaterials verändert. Dieser Effekt wirkt sich nicht nur in dekorativer Hinsicht aus, sondern ist vor allem bei Kinderschuhen besonders wertvoll, weil dadurch die Position des Fußes innerhalb des Schuhs beispielsweise im Zehenbereich deutlich erkennbar gemacht werden kann und damit festgestellt werden kann, ob der Schuh die richtige Größe besitzt. Diese Feststellung geschieht hiebei auf völlig ungefährliche Weise, im Gegensatz zu den bisher verwendeten Röntgeneinrichtungen, die vor allem bei öfterem oder längerem Gebrauch gesundheitsschädigend sein können.The invention is intended to improve the properties of such a shoe upper material. Das Aufdrucken kann hiebei per Hand, automatisch oder halbautomatisch, mit einem mittleren oder mittelharten Rakel erfolgen. Eine solche Ausbildung weist ferner den Vorteil auf, daß für die Herstellung eines solchen Schuhs eine geringere Menge der teuren thermochromen Substanzen benötigt wird. Das Schuhoberteilmaterial kann in einem solchen Fall größtenteils aus einem üblichen Material, also vorzugsweise aus Leder oder Kunstleder, hergestellt werden, wobei entweder dieses übliche Material lediglich an jenen Stellen, an welchen der erwähnte Effekt auftreten soll, mit der thermochrome Substanzen enthaltenen Deckschicht versehen wird, die insbesondere im Siebdruckverfahren aufgebracht wird, oder das Schuhoberteilmaterial aus mehreren Einzelteilen zusammengesetzt ist, die in geeigneter Weise miteinander verbunden werden, wobei lediglich eines oder einige dieser Einzelteile mit einer thermochrome Substanzen enthaltenden Deckschicht versehen ist bzw. sind. Bei Kinderschuhen kann beispielsweise das Schuhoberteil an bestimmten Stellen, vor allem im Zehenbereich, mit Symbolen, beispielsweise der Mickymaus, oder mit Warenzeichen versehen werden, die aus der thermochrome Substanzen enthaltenden Deckschicht bestehen und unter Wärmeeinwirkung ihre Farbe verändern.As already mentioned, the color change is particularly clearly visible if the base body is dark-colored.
