Stühle dieser bekannten Art haben im allgemeinen gemeinsam den Nachteil, daß sie nur auf relativ ebenen und festen Böden, wie auf Terrassen und in Garten für die sichere Benutzung aufstellbar sind. Sie sind aber nicht auf unebenen, extrem geneigten, weichen Böden, zum Beispiel auf höckerigen Steinboden oder weichen Sandstränden verwendbar.The innovation concerns a seat and lounge chair, consisting of a seat and a backrest connected to it by an articulated joint. Die Aufgabe wird bei einem Sitz- und Liegestuhl eingangs genannter Gattung neuerungsgemäß mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Ein mit diesen Merkmalen ausgestatteter Sitz- und Liegestuhl ist mühelos über weite Strekken, ähnlich einer Aktentasche, zu tragen und ist äußerst
einfach, z.B. nach Aufziehen eines Reißverschlußes, durch Aufklappen der Sitzfläche und der damit verbundenen Rückenlehnenfläche aufstellbar, indem nur die für das vorhandene Gelände passenden Stützbeine herausgeschwenkt und jeweils in entsprechenden Winkeln zur gewünschten Neigung der Sitz- und Rückenlehnenfläche und zur Anpassung an den Boden ausgerichtet werden. Dabei ist von besonderer Bedeutung, daß der Sitz- und Liegestuhl bei Benutzung im Bereich des Belastungsschwerpunktes mit der Gelenkverbindung fest auf dem Boden aufliegt. 7. Seat and lounge chair according to claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the two equally long outer support legs (6) of the seat surface (2) are shorter or longer than the two equally long support legs (7) of the backrest surface (4).

8. Seat and lounge chair according to claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the support legs (6,7,8,9) can each be pivoted within the upper and lower surface plane (12) of the seat and backrest (2,4).

9. Sitting and reclining chair according to claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the support legs (6,7,8,9) are mutually interchangeable.

10. Seat and lounge chair according to claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the hingedly connected seat surface (2) and the backrest surface (4) can each be folded together with the rear sides or undersides towards each other in the direction of the arrow (30).

11. Seat and lounge chair according to claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the seat surface (2) and the backrest surface (4) are identical in shape and dimensions.

Seat and lounge chair according to claim 11, characterized in that the articulated connection (11) consists of interlocking articulated pins (13) integrated in the seat surface (2) and in the backrest surface (4) and a common axis (15) guided through the bores (14) of the articulated pins (13).

13. Seat and lounge chair according to claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the pivot pins 13 are designed such that the seat 2 and backrest surface 4 are designed to be pivotable with the rear or lower sides relative to one another in the direction of the arrow (30) by at least 270.

14. Seat and lounge chair according to claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the seat surface (2) on the front edge (3) and/or the backrest surface (4) on the upper edge (5) are each equipped with an additional support surface (16) extending the seat surface (2) or the backrest surface (4).
