Da die beiden Perforationslinien den Materialstreifen und das Manschettenmaterial durchsetzen, können diese mit so dicht liegenden Perforationsschnitten ausgeführt werden, daß ein sicherer Abriß des von den Perforationslinien eingefaßten Streifens gewährleistet ist, weil der Materialstreifen selbst das Schrumpffolienmaterial verstärkt, so daß die Schwächung durch die Perforationslinien kompensiert wird und die Perforationslinien insgesamt etwa die gleichen Kräfte bzw.
