Bei der erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Dichtungsanordnung werden die vorzugsweise jeweils zwei Hakenansätze aufweisenden Steckklammern in das Dichtungsmaterial, z.B. den Glasseidemantel der Dichtung, eingestochen und mit der Drahtseele verhakt bzw. verklipst. Auf diese Weise sind die Steckklammern im Zuge einer Vormontage unverlierbar mit der Dichtung verbunden und können so auf Lager gehalten werden. Insb. bei Ausbildung der Steckklammern gemäß Schutzanspruch 2 sind diese Steckklammern seitlich kontrolliert und ohne Verkantungsgefahr verschiebbar, so daß die Endmontage der Dichtung auch bei Vorhandensein von Toleranzabweichungen keine Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Die Befestigungsstellen innerhalb des Dichtungsmaterials sind von außen her nicht sichtbar, ebensowenig wie die Raststellen nach endgültiger Montage. Um hierbei der Dichtung 3 eine erhöhte Hitzebeständigkeit zu verleihen, besteht der Dichtungsmantel 4 aus Glasseidematerial. Im Inneren des Dichtungsmantels 4 verläuft axial eine metallische Drahtseele 5. Zur Halterung der Dichtung 3 sind metallische, aus Drahtmaterial bestehende Steckklammern 6 vorgesehen, von denen jede zwei zueinander mit Abstand parallele Hakenansätze 7 an den Enden von ebenfalls zueinander parallelen Drahtabschnitten 8 sowie dazwischen gegenüber den Drahtabschnitten 8 leicht abgewinkelten Rastansatz 9 aufweist. In einer Vormontage werden die Hakenansätze 7 in den Glasseidemantel 4 der Dichtung 3 an den vorgesehenen Befestigungsstellen längs der Dichtung 3 eingestochen und mit der Drahseele gemäß Fig. 1 verklipst bzw. verhakt. Die so mit einer Anzahl von Steckklammern 6 versehene Dichtung 3 wird in die umlaufende Sicke 2 z.B. des Türbodens eingelegt und die Rastansätze 9 der Steckklammern 6 werden in entsprechende Öffnungen oder Schlitze 10 am Grund der Sikke 2 eingesteckt und in der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Weise verhakt.
