Description

The invention relates to a device for loading internal magazines which are designed in different sizes or with differently sized receiving slots for nuclear ammunition and are inserted into the machine gun.

According to the procedure introduced and practiced by the German Armed Forces, the cartridges taken from a transport box are pressed into the receiving slot by hand using thumb pressure against the spring force until the magazine is completely full.

The object of the invention is to facilitate and simplify this ammunition loading process and, in particular, to avoid the physical effort required by exerting thumb pressure.

To solve this problem, a device is proposed, which is characterized by the following features:

a larger number of cartridges; even then, a maximum of two movements are required. Whereas previously each cartridge had to be pressed into the magazine individually against the spring force, now all the cartridges in the receiving slot are inserted into the magazine with one movement.

Furthermore, according to the invention, it is provided that the magazine receiving recess can be extended or shortened for different sized magazines.
