Description

The invention relates to a device for vibrating the high-voltage electrodes of electrostatic precipitators and is based on a known impact tool, e.g. B. a hammer with crankshaft drive and one with the interposition of an isolation section moved back and forth via a connecting rod. Lifting linkage, from. Instead of this isolation section to relocate in the reciprocating drive linkage is according to the invention the connecting rod is designed as an insulating section. This mainly results the advantage that the space between the high voltage parts , keep the linkage guide and the crankshaft smaller or, with others. Words., can save a lot of space in height. Would the connecting rod from an electric one Ladders exist, as has been done so far, so one is forced to change the arrangement so to meet that. the lower end of the connecting rod is sufficient at the deepest stroke Maintained a distance from the high-voltage parts of the boom guide. One would have to so. In this case, make the drive linkage correspondingly longer at the upper end, but what an increase in the distance between the rod guide and the crankshaft and thus equates to an increase in the overall height. This difficulty is avoided if, as in the context of the invention, the isolation path is moved into the connecting rod or this is designed as insulation.

The high-voltage electrodes of electrostatic precipitators by means of a rod to shake the axially through the hollow high-voltage conductor leading into the interior of the gas space a post insulator runs, is known, but over, the material from which .the rod should exist, and the nature of its drive and actuation nothing is stated. In contrast, the invention is in 'the training of a Crankshaft connected drive linkage as a metallic conductor related with one consisting of an insulator, the; Connection to. producing the crankshaft Connecting rod seen. An eccentric shaft as a drive for the lifting rod is true known, but forms an insulator inserted into such an eccentric shaft a constant source of danger for the continuity of operations, namely from the Reason because in this case the isolation path also rotates the eccentric shaft and is consequently subjected to twists which an insulating material applies to the Duration does not withstand. In the case of the subject matter of the invention, on the other hand, such torsional stresses apply away from the isolator, as it has to move back and forth.

The drawing illustrates an embodiment, namely in Fig. I in general view and in Section 2 in an enlarged individual view.

In Abb. i bezeichnet i das Gehäuse, z. In Fig. I i denotes the housing, e.g. B. the top surface of an electrostatic precipitator. The post insulators 2, which are the hollow high-voltage conductors, are located on this top surface 3 wear. These enter the interior of the electrostatic precipitator chamber and give by means of the Supports q. the z. B. consisting of a wire harp high-voltage electrodes 5 Stop. On one side is the frame surrounding the wire harp with a protrusion 6 provided against the. on: Hammer 7 is brought to the stop. The drive linkage 8 of the hammer is made of metal and: is axially displaceable in the hollow body 3, as can be seen in detail in Fig. 2. From the protruding end of the bar 8 attacks an insulator 9, which acts as a connecting rod with the crank of the drive shaft is in articulated connection.
