The invention relates to a necklace comprising a neck part to be placed around the neck by the user and an edge part intended to hang down, preferably made of textile materials.

Such a neck ornament is known as a one-piece tie, which is worn by the user as a necktie tied in a knot in such a way that the neck piece closes tightly around the neck and in particular one of the ends hanging down from the knot is designed as a visible side (so-called "long tie"). Such ties are used as neck ornaments in connection with a top with a turn-down collar.

In addition to shirts with a turn-down collar, other outerwear items have recently become fashionable, for example shirts with a stand-up collar. The use of conventional ties has proven to be visually unsatisfactory in this case. The invention is based on the object of creating a neck ornament of the type mentioned at the beginning, which looks visually appealing even when the user is wearing a shirt with a turn-down collar.

To solve this problem, the invention provides that the necklace is a separate part from the band part and is designed as a necklace, collar or the like to be worn loosely around the neck. The band part is preferably firmly but detachably connected to the neck part, for example by the band part being looped around the neck part using a knot.

The necklace according to the invention is thus designed in the manner of a jewelry piece of a necklace with a pendant, where the pendant is the band part, which is preferably made of textile material. The band part, which can be made of metal, for example, is consciously visible when the necklace is being worn. The band part can preferably have two hanging ends of approximately the same length and approximately the same width, which can be completely or partially colored and/or provided with a pattern, ornaments or the like.

A necklace has a neck part 1 that the user can wear loosely around the neck and a band part 2 that is designed separately from it. According to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the neck part consists of a chain 2a, preferably made of metal, to which the binding part 2, which in the example consists of textile fabric, is connected by means of a knot 3. The chain 2a has a closure eyelet 4. The band part has two ends 5 and 6 that are approximately the same length and hang down from the knot 3, which in the example shown in Fig. 2 and in Fig. 4 are designed as patterned ends 5a and 6a, respectively. In the example shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the neck part 1 consists of a chain 2a, preferably made of metal, to which the binding part 2, which in the example shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is connected by means of a knot 3. 3 made of a flexible wire (for example silver wire) 7 with a closure 8 and in the design examples shown in MB Flg. 4 made of a short leather strap 9, the ends of which are connected in a length-adjustable manner, for example via a connecting and sliding piece 10.

The user wears the necklace according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 so that the neck part lies loosely around the neck and thus acts as a necklace or collar, from which the band part 2 hangs like a piece of jewelry worn on a necklace. The necklace according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 is visually advantageous, especially when the user is not wearing a top with a turn-down collar, but rather, for example, a top with a stand-up collar.

The connection between neck part 1 and band part 2, designed for example as a knot 3, can also be ^loosely movable so that the user can pull the fastener 4 or S or the sliding piece 10 into the area of the knot 3.

Necklace with a neck part to be placed around the neck by the user and a band part intended to hang down, preferably made of textile materials, characterized in that the neck part (1) is a separate part from the band part (2a) and is designed as a necklace (2), collar (7, 9) or the like to be worn loosely around the neck. 2. Necklace according to claim 1, characterized in that the neck part (2) has a length adjustment device (4, 8, 10). 3. Necklace according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the binding part (2) is firmly but detachably connected to the neck part (1). 4. Necklace according to claim 3, characterized in that the connection of the band part (2) with the neck part (1) is designed as a knot (3).
