Trinkrohre für das Ansaugen von Trinkflüssigkeit aus Gläsern, Bechern oder dergleichen Trinkgefäßen haben so, wie sie normalerweise und insbesondere in Form von Trinkhalmen in den Handel kommen, eine Länge von mehr als 200 mm, so daß sie ohne Gefahr des Herausfallens nur in Trinkgefäßen entsprechender Höhe benutzt werden können. Ist das Trinkgefäß - nachfolgend zur vereinfachten Beschreibung "Glas" genannt - zu niedrig, muß das Trinkrohr neben das Gefäß gelegt werden.
