Die eingesetzte Gratnüt(2i/22) wird mit einem Grätnütffaser, des· im StirnduFchmesser größer Und damit auch in der Höhe größer als der Gratfederkopf (ii) ist -, gefertigt ,Dadurch bleibt der Gratnutgrund(222) in der Verbindung frei,die gewünschte Passung,locker oder stramm,kann durch die Frästiefe der Gratnut(21/22) Variiert werden.Außerdem ist der Fräser nach einem Schliff,wobei er geringfügig kleiner wird,noch fur die Gratfederdübel-verbindung einsetzbar^Für die von oben eingesetzte Grätnüt(2l) besitzt der Fräser auch stirnseitig zwei Schneiden sowie eine kleine Zentrierung. Die Bestandteile der erfindungsgemäßen Gratfederdübel-Verbindung wie sie sich aus Fig.l und 2 ergeben,sind ein im Querschnitt runder Gratfederdübei(i) mit konischem Gratfederkopf(11) und zylindrischem Schaft(12) und eine Von oben eingesetzte kurze Gratnut(21) oder eine seitlich feingesetzte und rechtwinklig nach unten geführte Gratnut(22) Fig.3 zeigt die Verbindung als Bettverbindung und zwar drei Gratfederdübel,die mit dem Schaft in zylindrische1 Bohrungen der Bettseitie einzuleimen sind sowie drei,in Kopf- oder Fußteil des Bettes gefräste,von oben eingesetzte kurze Gratnuten(21) in die die Gratfederköpfe(11) passend felnführbar sind.Fig.4 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die geschlossene Bettverbindung mit drei Gratfederdübeln in der feettseite eingeleimt und drei Ausfräsungen in Kopf- oder Fußteil.Zur schnellen Fertigung wurde ein Bohrungsabstand in der Bettseite von 64 mm gewählt,der der üblichen Einrichtung von Dübelbohrraasehinen entspricht*The components of the inventive ridge spring dowel connection as shown in Fig. 1 and 2 are a ridge spring dowel (i) with a round cross-section, with a conical ridge spring head (11) and a cylindrical shaft (12) and a short ridge groove (21) inserted from above or a ridge groove (22) finely set at the side and directed downwards at a right angle.
