Menüschale mit ablösbarer Deckelfläche
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Deckelfläche aus Karton, die zum Verschließen einer Menüschale mit dem Vorstehrand versiegelt wird.
Derartige Verpackungen sind bekannt und werden zum Zwecke des leichten öffnens mit einer umlaufenden Ritzlinie auf der Vorderseite sowie einer Gegenritzlinie auf der Rückseite versehe«.
Diese Herstellungsart ist aufwendig und verlangt einen sehr hohen Fertigungsstandard.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den Herstellungsablauf sowie dieFormkosten zu vereinfachen.
Bei dem neuerungsgemäßen Zuschnitt der Deckelfläche sind im Eckbereich mindestens eine obenliegende Öffnungszunge sowie Unterzunge angeordnet und die eingesetzten Stanzlinien, die das Ablösen der Deckelfläche ermöglichen, werden nur noch auf der Rückseite eingesetzt, so daß die Deckelfläche nur noch einseitig von der Rückseite gestanzt wird.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt die Rückseite der Deckelfläche.

    Ansprüche
    Menüschale mit ablösbarer Deckelfläche aus Karton oder ähnlichem Material in eckiger oder runder Form, die maßgebend im Lebensmittelbereich eingesetzt werden und mit einem Teller oder Vorstehrand ausgestattet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckelfläche 1 einen Siegelrahmen 4, auf der Rückseite einschließlich der unteren Öffnungszunge 5, eine Ritzlinie und direkt imSiegelrahmenbereich eine durchgestanzte Begrenzungsperfcration 3, wobei die obere Öffnungszunge 6, eine Schnittlinie 8, aufweist.
