Description:

The invention relates to a packaging container for free-flowing bulk goods that are used by the end consumer. The aim is to use as little packaging material as possible.

However, the consumer should still have the usual convenience when storing and using the packaged product.

Products of this type are currently packaged in boxes, cans or bottles. These are thrown away after being emptied. There are also so-called refill bags, from which packages can be refilled by pouring out the contents.

This results in the consumption of packaging material and a volume of waste that is now leading to ecological problems.

Refill bags are difficult to handle during transfer. Product is often spilled or the bag is difficult to grip and handle.

The invention is based on the object of creating a material-saving packaging container, the handling of which is also simple and safe to use.

This task is solved by packing the bulk material in a flexible bag. A second stable container of a similar shape with a wide opening that largely corresponds to the circumference of the bag, holds the flexible bag.

The container has a closure that covers the opening on the outside. The film of the opened bag is fixed by the connection between the closure and the opening after it is turned inside out.

The advantages that can be achieved with the invention are that the amount of material required to package the bulk goods is significantly reduced. When storing and handling the packaging, the consumer has an object that is sturdy to hold, easy to stack, easy to open and re-seal, and well suited for pouring and dosing.

The closure (5) is tipped and fixed over this opening, which also has a threaded segment (4) or a snap groove in the form of the container neck (3).

The closure has corresponding thread segments (6) or a snap groove on its inside, or even devices that enable child-safe closure. Its inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the container opening (2).

It also has a pouring opening (7) on its top, which can be opened and closed separately, e.g. by means of flaps, and can also be designed to be childproof, for example.

Figure 2 shows the filled bag (1). Its opening is closed by welding (8). The bag preferably has a cross-sectional shape that differs from the flat design, i.e. is more round, hexagonal or square, e.g. like a so-called block bottom bag.

Figure 3 shows the same bag with a crimp closure (9).

Figure 4 shows the stable reusable container (io). It is preferably extrusion-blown from a plastic.

To refill, the closure (5) is removed from the container (10). The empty bag (2) is removed from the container and thrown away.

A full new bag (2) is inserted into the container in a closed state.

The bag is then opened, e.g. by removing the crimp closure.

By turning the bag film outwards over the container opening and by putting the closure over it and briefly tightening it, the packaging container is ready for use.

Refillable packaging container for free-flowing bulk goods in quantities usual for end users, characterized by a product-enveloping bag (1) made of flexible, film-like material, a second container (10) in a grip-resistant, stable design of largely the same shape with a wide upper opening (2) corresponding at least to the circumference of the bag, a closure (5) closing the container, which covers the opening on the outside and has a separate pouring opening (7), wherein the bag is fixed in a state inserted into the container by turning the film over the opening (2) and putting on the closure (5). 2.
