Die Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur elektrischen Beheizung von Schmieröl mittels eines in den Schmierölbehälter hineinragenden Heizstabes und eines Temperaturfühlers zur Überwachung der Schmieröltemperatur. Die Beheizung des Schmieröls ist insbesondere bei hoch beanspruchten Getrieben im Schwermaschinenbau gebräuchlich , wo relativ dickflüssige Schmiermittel verwendet werden, die u.U. noch über freiliegende Rohrleitungen zu Schmierstellen befördert werden müssen.
