Claims (27)
1. Pharmazeutisches Präparat für orale Verabreichung mit einer Kombination
a) des ACE-!nhibitors Ramipril oder eines pharmazeutisch verträglichen Salzes
hiervon und
b) einer Dihydropyridinverbindung aus der Gruppe Felodipin, Nitrendipin, Nifedipin
und Lacidipin oder eines pharmazeutisch verträglichen Salzes hiervon,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
1. Ramipri! in der Form für augenblickliche Abgabe vorliegt,
2. die Dihydropyridinverbindung in der Form für verzögerte Abgabe (ER) vorliegt
und
3. die Kombination in einer festen Form für eine fixierte Einheitsdosierung vorliegt.
2. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach Anspruch 1, worin die Dihydropyridinverbindung
Feiodipin ist.
3. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach Anspruch 1, worin die Dihydropyridinverbindung
Nitrendipin ist.
4. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach Anspruch 1, worin die Dihydropyridinverbindung
Nifedipin ist.
5. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach Anspruch 1, worin die Dihydropyridinverbindung
Lacidipin ist.
6. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin die Menge an
Ramipril oder eines pharmazeutisch verträglichen Salzes hiervon 1 bis 10 mg beträgt

und die Menge der Dihydropyridinverbindung oder eines pharmazeutisch verträglichen
Salzes hiervon 1 bis 70 mg je Dosierungseinheit beträgt.
7. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin die Menge an
Ramipril oder eines pharmazeutisch verträglichen Salzes hiervon 1 bis 5 mg beträgt
und die Menge der Dihydropyridinverbindung oder eines pharmazeutisch verträglichen
Salzes hiervon 1 bis 60 mg je Dosierungseinheit beträgt.
8. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach Anspruch 6, worin die jeweilige Menge von Ramipril
oder eines pharmazeutisch verträglichen Salzes hiervon und von Felodipin oder eines
pharmazeutisch verträglichen Salzes hiervon 1 bis 5 mg je Dosierungseinheit beträgt.
9. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach Anspruch 6, worin die jeweilige Menge von Ramipril
oder eines pharmazeutisch verträglichen Salzes hiervon und von Feiodipin oder eines
pharmazeutisch verträglichen Salzes hiervon 1 bis 3 mg je Dosierungseinheit beträgt.
10. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach Anspruch 8 und 9, worin der Dosisquotient der
Komponenten 1 : 1 ist.
11. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, worin die ER-Formulierung
in einer hydrophilen Gelmatrix enthalten ist.
12. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, worin die feste Form
für fixierte Einheitsdosierung eine Kapsel ist.
13. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, worin die feste Form
für fixierte Einheitsdosierung eine Tablette ist.
14. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, worin die Ramiprilkomponente
in einer Überzugsschicht enthalten ist, die die Dihydropyridin-ER-Komponente umgibt.
15. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, worin die Dihydropyridin-ER-Komponente
in einer Tablettenschicht vorliegt, die mit einer anderen Tablettenschicht verbunden ist, welche die Ramiprilkomponente enthält, oder gegebenenfalls
die Dihydropyridin-ER-Komponente in einer Tablettenschicht vorliegt, die

indirekt über eine oder mehrere Schichten ohne aktive Komponenten mit einer anderen
Tablettenschicht verbunden ist, die die Ramiprilkomponente enthält.
16. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, 13 oder 14, worin
eine der Komponenten in einem kleineren Teil enthalten ist, welcher in einem größeren,
getrennten Teil, der die andere Komponente enthält, enthalten ist.
17. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines pharmazeutischen Präparates nach einem der Ansprüche
1 bis 11 oder 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ramipril und die
Dihydropyridin-ER-Komponenten in einer Tablettiermaschine zu einer Tablette verpreßt
werden.
18. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines pharmazeutischen Präparates nach einem der Ansprüche
1 bis 11, 13, 1 5 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die Ramiprilkomponente
enthaltende Tablettenschicht mit einer die Dihydropyridin-ER-Substanz enthaltenden Tablettenschicht unter Bildung einer kombinierten Tablette verbunden
wird.
19. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das
Tablettenprodukt mit einem pharmazeutisch verträglichen Überzug beschichtet wird.
20. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines pharmazeutischen Präparates nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Ramipril und eine Form von Dihydropyridin mit verzögerter
Abgabe in einer Kapsel eingeschlossen werden.
21. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 zur Verwendung bei
der Verhinderung oder Behandlung von Erkrankungen im Herzgefäßsystem, insbesondere
bei Hypertension.
22. Verwendung eines Präparates nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 bei der Herstellung
eines Arzneimittels für die Behandlung von Erkrankungen im Herzgefäßsystem.
23. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 16 für die Verwendung
bei der Therapie.

24. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 für die Verwendung
bei der Verhinderung oder Behandlung von Erkrankungen im Herzgefäßsystem, insbesondere
von Hypertension bei Säugetieren einschließlich Menschen.
25. Verfahren zur Verhinderung oder Behandlung von Hypertension bei Säugetieren
einschließlich Menschen unter Verabreichung einer wirksamen Menge eines pharmazeutischen
Präparates nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 an einen Patienten, der eine
solche Behandlung benötigt.
26. Verfahren zur Verhinderung oder Behandlung von Hypertension bei Säugetieren
einschließlich Menschen unter Verabreichung einer wirksamen Menge eines pharmazeutischen
Präparates nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 einmal pro Tag an einen
Patienten, der eine solche Behandlung benötigt.
27. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 25 oder 26, bei dem das pharmazeutische
Präparat einmal täglich verabreicht wird.
