Farbspritztisch Die Erfindung betrifft einen Farbspritztisch, der
in bekannter Weise aus einer Drehscheibe, auf die der zu spritzende Gegenstand gestellt
wird, einem Filter, einem Lüfter, einem Motor und dem entsprechenden Gehäuse für
diese Teile besteht. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, diese Teile so anzuordnen,
daß sich eine geschlossene Aufmachung ergibt, trötzdem aber alle Teile leicht zugänglich
und zur Reinigung abnehmbar sind. Bei den bekannten Spritztischen ist der Motor
entweder seitlich an das Gehäuse angebaut oder oben auf das Gehäuse aufgesetzt oder
zwar in das Gehäuse mit eingebaut, aber derart, daß der Abzug der Spritzstaub enthaltenden
Luft seitlich von der eigentlichen Tischplatte stattfindet, wodurch sich kein einfacher
Aufbau des Spritztisches ergibt. Demgegenüber ist erfindungsgemäß die Anordnung
so getroffen, daß der Motor und die sich drehenden Teile, nämlich der Lüfter,. das
Filter und die Drehscheibe, übereinander und gleichachsig angeordnet sind. Die Drehscheibe
ruht abnehmbar in einem im Tischgehäuse angeordneten Lager, und unterhalb der Drehscheibe
wieder ist das scheibenförmige, nach oben offene und nach untendurch eine durchlochte
Platte abgeschlossene Filter drehbar und abnehmbar angeordnet. Unterhalb des Filters
ist ein unmittelbar oberhalb des Lüfters mündender Lufttrichter abnehmbar angeordnet.
Der Lüfter, der unmittelbar auf der senkrecht gelagerten Motorwelle sitzt, ist in
einem innerhalb des Tischgehäuses vorgesehenen spiralförmigen und nach außen in
einen Stutzen ausmündenden Gehäuse untergebracht.

ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung beispielsweise dargestellt. Es zeigen Abb. i ein
Schaubild des Spritztisches, Abb: a einen senkrechten Schnitt durch den Spritztisch,
Abb. 3 eine Draufsicht auf den Spritztisch. Der Spritztisch besteht aus dem Gehäuse
a, über dem vorzugsweise ein nach einer Seite hin offenes und auch noch mit Fenstern
b versehenes Gehäuse c angeordnet ist. In der Höhe der Tischebene ist nach vorn
noch ein tischartiger Vorbau s zur Ablage des Spritzwerkzeuges vorgesehen. Auf die
Drehscheibe d wird der zu spritzende Gegenstand gestellt und kann während des Spritzens
so gedreht werden, daß alle seine Seiten leicht zugänglich sind. Die Drehscheibe
d besteht aus einem Rost, der waagerecht auf einer senkrecht stehenden Welle e befestigt
ist. Diese Welle e ruht abnehmbar in einem Lager f, das beispielsweise
von zwei auf Konsolen im Gehäuse a aufliegenden [)-Eiseng getragen wird. Unterhalb
der Diehscheibed ist eine beispielsweise mit Holzwolle gefüllte Filtertrommel la
angeordnet, deren Boden h' aus einer durchlochten Platte besteht. Diese Filtertrommel

ist. Gegebenenfalls kann auch das Lüftergehäüse i noch abnehmbar angeordnet sein.
Der Motor r ist entweder von unten zugänglich, oder es ist dafür im Gehäuse a noch
