Description

Formkasten zur Herstellung von an der Unterseite mit im Querschnitt schwalbenschwanzähnlichen Nuten versehenen Steinholzfußbodenplatten Die Erfindung betrifft einen Formkasten zur Herstellung von Steinholzfußbodenplatten. Es ist bekannt, solche Platten mit durchgehenden Löchern zu versehen und zu diesem Zweck durch Löcher .der Seitenwände des betreffenden Formkastens Stäbe zu stecken, die nach dem Einformen und genügenden Erhärten der Platte herausgezogen werden, so daß nun auch die Platte aus der Form genommen werden kann. Die Erfindung bezweckt, diese Formkästen auch zur Herstellung von an den Unterseiten mit schwalbenschwanzähnlichen Nuten versehenen Platten zu verwenden. Zu diesem Zweck werden die Löcher in den Seitenwänden des Formkastens so tief angeordnet, daß sie sich zum kleinen Teil unterhalb der oberen Fläche des Formkastenbodens befinden, und dieser erhält in einer Flucht mit je zwei Löchern der Seitenwände liegende Quernuten. Die durchgesteckten Stangen greifen nun zum Teil in diese Quernuten ein, so daß das Formmaterial nicht unter sie gelangen kann. Durch entsprechende Querschnittsgestaltung der Stangen wird dabei der gewünschte schwalbenschwanzähnliche Ouerschnitt der Nuten der Platten erzielt. Auf den Längsstäben b, b1, welche mit den Hauptlängsträgern a, dl fest verbunden sind und deren gegenseitiger Abstand mit Hilfe der Schrauben e geregelt werden kann, ruhen die Längswände d. Zwischen diesen und auf den Stäben b, b' ruhend befindet sich die Bodenplatte c. Durch Ouerplatten c2 wird der ganze Formkasten, der z. B. zur gleichzeitigen Herstellung einer Anzahl von Platten dienen kann, an den Enden abgeschlossen. Die Seitenwände d sind mit Löchern h versehen, welche bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel rund gestaltet sind, und durch diese Löcher werden die Stangen i gesteckt. Die Unterkanten der Löcher liegen nun erfindungsgemäß tiefer als die obere Fläche des Bodens c. Dieser ist aber mit Quernuten g versehen, welche in einer Flucht mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Löchern h liegen. Die durch die Löcher 1a hindurchgesteckten Stangen i greifen also in die Nuten g der Bodenplatte c ein. Mit 1, in ist das eingeformte Material bzw. die Platte bezeichnet.
