Weichmachungsmittel für Kunstseide
Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 19. Juli 1930 ab
Es ist vorgeschlagen worden, wasserlösliche Salze von am Stickstoff durch höhere Fettsäurereste
substituierten aliphatischen primären oder sekundären Aminocarbonsäuren als Wasch-,
Netz-, Dispergier- und Egalisiermittel zu verwenden.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die genannten
Verbindungen auf Kunstseide nicht nur eine netzende Wirkung, sondern vor allem auch eine
sehr gute, weich machende Wirkung ausüben.
Man färbt z. B. Viskose mit i°/0 Benzoblau
2 B (Schultz, 1923, 6. Aufl., Nr. 337), io°/0
Glaubersalz und 0,25 g pro Liter Stearylsarkosin in einem 8o° heißen Bade. Der Zusatz von
Stearylsarkosin verleiht der Seide einen weichen Griff. Man kann das Weichmachungsmittel
anstatt dem Färbebad auch dem letzten Spülbad zusetzen.
Viskose wird mit i°/0 Benzoechtrot G L
(Schultz, 1923, 2. Bd., S. 18), 20% Glaubersalz und 2°/o des Kondensationsproduktes aus
Stearylchlorid und butylaminoessigsaurem Natrium von der Formel

in einem 80 bis 850 heißen Bade gefärbt. Durch den Zusatz des Stearinsäurederivates erzielt man
einen weichen Griff der Ware.
Ersetzt man im Beispiel 1 das Stearylsarkosin durch Palmitylsarkosin, so erzielt man
einen ähnlich weich machenden Effekt.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:Die Verwendung von wasserlöslichen Salzen von am Stickstoff durch höhere Fettsäurereste substituierten aliphatischen primären oder sekundären Aminomonocarbonsäuren als Weichmachungsmittel für Kunstseide.*) Von dem Patentsucher ist als der Erfinder angegeben worden:Or.-Ing.
