Zur Entfernung des Wassers werden bisher in der Hauptsache nur chemische Trockenmittel verwendet, deren Anwendung jedoch kostspielig und zeitraubend ist. Es ist auch versucht worden, das Kondensationswasser durch öffnungen in den Sublimierapparaten zu entfernen.
