Description

Der Strömungsweg der Trockenluft durch den Trockenwagen oder Trockengestell ist hierbei folgender:The tray dryers in operation today for loose goods come close to reaching you Uniform water content only with very long drying times and temperatures, which are mostly above 60 ° C. It is when considering such a tray dryer easy to see that the lowest and the uppermost horde of hot dry air are most exposed, while the middle hordes are only exposed to im are subject to lesser dimensions. They wanted to get around this by leading the hordes inside the dryer housing in cocurrent or countercurrent to the drying air; also the Rack trolleys are moved with tunnel dryers with different heating levels. However, this requires large and expensive apparatus necessary, and the stress on the fiber increases. The drying affects the Beao sharpness of the fiber to a large extent; their valuable properties necessary for processing are necessary are partly lost; In any case, the shortening of the dry period through high temperatures means an injury. Wool loses its softness and suppleness due to sharp drying, it becomes hard and brittle. In the case of cotton, the stretching decreases very quickly with increasing temperature. The lower the temperature, the gentler the drying process; this can only be observed if an appropriate air flow ensures the greatest possible contact between the fiber material and the same. This air flow is achieved in this way; that one changes the covering of the wire bottom of the trays according to the invention. The flow path of the drying air through the drying trolley or drying rack is here the following:

Die bisher üblichen, aus Vollblech hergestellten Seitenwände i, 2H 3, 4 der Horden I, III, V werden entfernt und durch solche aus Drahtgitter oder Lochblech ersetzt (i, 2, 5, 6 in Fig. 2).The previously customary side walls i, 2 H 3, 4 of the shelves I, III, V made of solid sheet metal are removed and replaced by those made of wire mesh or perforated sheet metal (i, 2, 5, 6 in FIG. 2).

In the case of the Horde II, IV, VI, the wire shelf in the middle becomes wedge-shaped from the edges i, 2 and 3, 4 pulled upwards so that the wedge cutting edge 5, 6 is level with the upper edge of the front wall lies (Fig. 3).

I.The air is now forced to completely wash around the dry material, since it takes the path of least resistance (Fig. 1) .. Since the space α is narrow, it passes in the middle through the lowest shelf VI, washes around the contents above and that of the next Horde V below. At point b it again finds a convenient passage upwards, at c the air accumulates and pulls between the shelves V and VI towards the middle, where it flows further up through the shelves IV. In the same way, she washes around Hordes III, II and. I.

The air passing through at a, c, e will move faster according to the small cross-section and has a sucking effect on the air exiting from the center at points b, d, f. A recess at / would be superfluous, since the fan sucks the air out at this point anyway.
