Einrichtung zum Entwässern und Verdichten von aufbereitetem Strohstoff
u. dgl. zu Kuchen Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung, um aufbereitete
Stroh- und ähnliche Stoffe .durch Saugwirkung zu entwässern und zu Kuchen zu verdichten.
Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Sieb, das in einem luftdicht abgeschlossenen Saugkasten
umläuft, und aus einer Mehrzahl von mit kegelförmigen Unterteilen versehenen, auf
dem Sieb ruhenden Zylindern, die mittels einer Hubrichtung geineinsam vom Sieb abgehoben
und auf das Sieb aufgesetzt werden können. An das Sieb schließt sich eine Rutsche,
auf der die Kuchen in einen Trockehofen befördert werden. Die Vorrichtung ist dargestellt

gesetzt, so daß das in dem im Zylinder 4 befindlichen Stoff enthaltene Wasser in
den Saugkasten eintritt und der Strohstoff sich als Kuchen verdichtet. Der Abfall,
der durch Überfüllen der Zylinder sich auf den Gummiringen ansammeln könnte, wird
durch Abspritzen später gleichfalls in den Kasten 7 durch die Abspritzvorrichtung
ro geleitet, wenn die Strohkuchen in den Trockenofen gefördert sind. Selbstverständlich
kann die Saugpumpe 8 mit mehreren Zweigrohren ausgerüstet sein, die unter :den Sieben
dicht an die Kuchen anschließen, um auf diese Weise die Saugwirkung zu steigern.
Ebenso kann die Abspritzvorrichtung ro.gleichfalls an verschiedenen Stellen abgezweigt

Verschlüßklappe; die über den Ladeschlitz -gezogen werden kann. Die Saugpumpe 8
drückt in .der Pfeilrichtung das gesamte Wasser nebst Abfall durch das Rohr g in
die Abfallbütte 1g, wo das Wasser durch das Sieh:2o nach unten entweicht und bei
2i in das Betriebswasser übergeht, während der brauchbare Stoff oberhalb des Siebs
