Description
Verfahren zur Abreinigung von Flächen, insbesondere Rohrflächen, von Niederschlägen durch Abstreifer z. B. zur Abreinigung der Elektroden elektrischer Gasreiniger Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren, um von Flächen, insbesondere Rohrflächen, Niederschläge irgendwelcher Art durch Abstreifen zu entfernen. Es eignet sich besonders für die Elektrodenabreinigung elektrischer Gasreiniger. Zum Zwecke der Abreinigung der Ausströmelektroden ist es bekannt, diese durch die Einwirkung eines magnetischen Feldes in Vibration zu versetzen bzw. zu erschüttern. Das magnetische Feld wird in diesem Falle entweder durch permanente Magnete oder durch Elektromagnete erzeugt, die innerhalb oder außerhalb des Elektrofilters angeordnet sind. Eine Be-«egung des Magneten mit Bezug auf die Elektrode findet hierbei jedoch nicht statt. Im Gegensatz zu dieser bekannten Abreinigungsvorrichtung handelt es sich beim Verfahren nach der Erfindung um ein Abreinigen durch einen magnetisch gesteuerten Abstreifer, der bei einer Relativbewegung zwischen den Magneten und der abzureinigenden Wand oder Elektrode gezwungen wird, diese Relativbewegung mitzumachen. Es bietet den Vorteil, daß die Abreinigung während des Betriebes, also ohne Ausschaltung des Gasstromes oder des elektrischen Stromes vorgenommen werden kann. Ferner macht es keine Schwierigkeit, nicht nur die Niederschlagselektrode oder die Ausströmelektrode, sondern auch beide gleichzeitig durch magnetisch gesteuerte Abstreifer abzustreifen.Method for cleaning surfaces, in particular pipe surfaces, from Precipitation through scrapers z. Zu diesem Zweck wird auf dem Draht 8 ein Abstreifer 9 verschiebbar angeordnet, der dem Einfluß des Magnetfeldes 2 unterliegt. Der Drahtabstreifer 9 kann beliebig ausgebildet sein.
