Abstract

Previous separating curtains consist of a material which does not ensure exact separation of washing zones and furthermore is subject to high wear. A separating curtain is presented which possesses the required properties - suitable for food - supple - water-insoluble - temperature-resistant - resistant to detergent - long service life. This novel separating curtain is produced from three layers of glass-fibre cords and ensures much better separating-off of individual washing zones in belt-conveying or basket-conveying dishwashing machines. These curtains may be used anywhere, irrespective of the manufacturer of the dishwashing machines. Dimensional adaptations to the respective structural dimensions are no problem with this material.
