5. daß die Verdunkelungseinheit aus Flüssigkristallen in nematischer Phase nicht nur als Rückspiegelverdunkelung, sondern auch als Lichtmenge-Regulator bei jeglichen Beleuchtungsquellen genutzt werden kann.
6. daß die Verdunkelungseinheit aus Flüssigkristallen in nematischer Phase auch als Lichtmenge-Regulator für Brille und Beobachtungsvisier sowie Visier aller Art genutzt werden kann.
7. daß die Steuereinheit für die Verdunkelungseinheit aus Flüssigkristallen in nematischer Phase Fotozelle oder Solarzelle sein kann, die gleich die Spannung für die Elektroden liefert.
8. daß die Einheit für verbesserten Kontrast mit Polarisa­ tionsfilter beschichtet sein kann.
9. daß die hintere Elektrode die Einheit gleichzeitig als spiegelnde Fläche sein kann.
