Abstract

The invention concerns a method of cleaning and disinfecting the flexible tubes which form part of the suction system of a dentists`s equipment. The suction system is first flushed out and then a cleaning medium is injected. This cleaning medium is distributed through the suction system and forms a coating on the internal surfaces of the flexible tubes. The cleaning medium reacts with particles of material which have been deposited during the normal use of the material. The cleaning medium is then dissolved and the equipment is restored to its operating condition. USE - Cleaning of dentist`s equipment.

Description

The invention relates to a method of care the suction system, e.g. B. the suction hose a dentist suction device. Under "care" is in this To understand connection z. B. cleaning, disinfection, if necessary defoaming and the addition of fragrances.

So far, a concentrate has been used for this purpose, diluted with water before use as directed had to be made in order to produce the working solution. The cash and cash equivalents do not remain for a sufficient period sucked through, so that only a small part of it Effect can come. Fluidically form rivulets in the tube, which even wetting Prevent the inside wall of the hose with working solution.

The disadvantage of this method is the high expenditure of time, combined with disadvantageous handling at Herstel development of the working solution and an insufficient effect, because the majority of the solution just worked ineffectively sucks.

When an amalgam separation system was introduced made the experience that is currently required available care methods unsatisfactory were what stands in the way of operational safety. At such a separation system comes for the sake of Functional reliability of the care of the suction device increased importance. Cause of inadequate Care was the burden on the personnel entrusted with it with versatile work, so that for the care  required time was missing. There was also an aversion against working in the dirty suction area poses.

The invention as characterized in the claims is, therefore, solves the task of a care method to specify such a system that the specified Avoids disadvantages and easy handling minimum time and maintenance means acceptance ensured by the staff and optimal care guaranteed.

Die erzielbaren Vorteile der Erfindung sind:
höchste Akzeptanz infolge ergonomischer Verfügbarkeit,
einfache Handhabung, technische Zuverlässigkeit, günstiges Verhältnis Preis/Leistung und geringe laufende Kosten,
hohe Wirksamkeit,
ausreichend genaue Dosierung, keine Irrtümer beim Mischen,
The achievable advantages of the invention are:
highest acceptance due to ergonomic availability,
easy handling, technical reliability, favorable price / performance ratio and low running costs,
high effectiveness,
Environmental friendliness, because the level of utilization of the care product is high,
the cleaning agent works in the area of the suction system and not in the sewage treatment plant,
the care product adheres to damp soiling and deposits,
thereby targeted release of the active ingredients,
their even distribution throughout the system,
reduced germ concentration in the exhaust air area,
optimal depot effect,
The final storage of the undissolved care product is the collection container of the amalgam separator or the solid parts collector,
Disinfection of the suction material (e.g. blood, pus, secretions, fungi, bacteria etc.) already in the suction hose, in addition in the rest of the system, e.g. B. collectors,
hygienic work for the staff, e.g. B. when changing containers and emptying the collector,
sufficiently precise dosage, no mistakes when mixing,
better handling than liquid, spilled granules and powder can be swept up,
Risk reduction: concentrated liquids have an immediate caustic effect, granules, powders and gels only in combination with water within the suction hose.
