Abstract
Description

Der Abscheider nach Fig. 1 besteht aus einer - gegebe nenfalls auch hohl ausgebildeten - Walze oder Trommel, deren Außenumfang mit zahlreichen langen Stacheln 2 besetzt ist. Die Walze 1 ist derart unter einer schlitzförmigen Schüttgutausströmöffnung 5 ange ordnet, daß das Schüttgut in einer flachen Schicht über den ansteigenden Teil des Umfanges der Walze 1 unter dem Einfluß der Schwerkraft nach unten in einen Trichter 6 oder dgl. strömt. Hierbei wird in dem Schütt gut vorhandenes Engelhaar gewissermaßen ausgekämmt. Das in den Stacheln hängenbleibende Engelhaar kann auf der absteigenden Seite des Walzenumfanges mittels nicht dargestellter Hilfsvorrichtungen entfernt werden. In Betracht kommen insbesondere Absaugen oder Abblasen mittels Luft sowie Abbürsten. Besonders vorteilhaft ist eine Kombination des Abscheiders mit einer Entstaubungs vorrichtung (ebenfalls nicht dargestellt). Auch hier kann das Ab reinigen der Stacheln mittels der im Zusammenhang mit Fig. 1 genannten Hilfsvorrichtungen erfolgen.
