Abstract

Shaped bodies (mouldings) containing reinforcing fibres, in particular structural boards, comprising a hydraulic binder, such as cement, are to be provided, in which bodies the reinforcing fibres can be all natural organic fibres, such as cellulose, paper, flax, hemp, jute etc. and/or cellulose derivatives such as cellulose acetate and/or organic synthetic fibres such as polyacrylonitrile fibres and/or inorganic fibres, namely glass fibres and rock wool and/or further synthetic mineral fibres, with the shaped bodies being supposed to have, despite the use of the specified fibres, a long lifetime during which the strength values should, at the most, decrease only slightly. For this purpose, it is provided according to the invention for the finished shaped bodies or structural boards to contain a water-soluble proportion of sodium (Na2O) which is less than 10 mg/10 g of solid and/or for the finished shaped bodies or structural boards to contain a water-soluble proportion of potassium (K2O) which is less than 15 mg/10 g of solid.

Description

The invention relates to a hydraulic binder, like cement, existing moldings with reinforcing fibers, especially building boards, with the reinforcing fibers all natural organic fibers such as pulp, paper, flax, Hemp, jute, etc. and / or cellulose derivatives such as cellulose acetate and / or organic artificial fibers, such as polyacrylic nitrile fibers and / or inorganic fibers, namely glass fibers and rock wool and / or other synthetic mineral fibers could be.

In the case of moldings of this type there is the disadvantage that the Reinforcing fibers degrade over time, so that decrease the strength values.

The invention is accordingly based on the object To create moldings of the type mentioned, the despite the use of the above fibers a long Have service life in which the strength values all decrease slightly if necessary.

This object is achieved in that the finished moldings or building boards contain a water-soluble content of sodium (Na 2 O) which is less than 10 mg / 10 g of solid.

It is known (DE-OS 36 41 370) that cellulose fibers can be attacked by alkalis and that follow a so-called low alkaline buffer capacity under certain conditions shall be. It's an alkalinity, which affects both alkali and alkaline earth ions. According to the known method there, the eluate the matrix by titration with hydrochloric acid the alkaline Buffer capacity determined and calculated. The hydrochloric acid ver need up to a pH of 7 forms the basis of the alkaline buffer capacity. This hydrochloric acid consumption however results largely from the hydroxides of  Calcium and magnesium. But here it is in Contrast to sodium and potassium around alkaline earths, which, as extensive tests by the applicant show have only comparatively minor damage to the Cause cellulose fibers. An indication of the damage Effect of sodium and / or potassium is found but not in this context. So it will be too not the technical teaching, the water dissolves the proportion of sodium and / or potassium below that reduce the mentioned values in order to damage the Exclude fibers.

The same applies to another known method (DE-OS 37 20 134), in which a low-alkali mixture is addressed, which should serve as a binder, a Excitation sodium and potassium below certain values clogging is also given by this.

The proportions mentioned above according to the invention can be determined from the fact that 10 g of fine analysis are dry Distilled ground solid of the final product in 100 ml water at 20 ° C for 24 hours.

This movement can be done by stirring, shaking or the like. respectively.

This low sodium and potassium content can be useful moderately through suitable selection of raw materials and / or by adding complex salt formers leads.
