Abstract

Rotary washing machine which can be front-loaded, the washing cylinder (4) of which is rotatably mounted in a soapy water container (2), in the case of which there extends, between the machine casing and the soapy water container (2) and around the loading aperture (4), a bellow-type seal (13), and the loading aperture (4) is sealed off by a pot-like port hole-type see-through door (5) reaching to the washing cylinder. Description

Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte stirnseitig beschickbare Trommelwaschmaschine 1 besitzt einen Laugen- bzw. Trommelbehälter 2, in dem eine perforierte Wäschetrommel 3 umlaufend untergebracht ist. Die Wäschetrommel 3 und der Trommelbehälter 2 weisen an ihrer Frontseite eine kreisförmige Beschickungsöffnung 4 auf, die durch ein sogenanntes topfartiges Bullaugentürfenster 5 (Fig. 2) in üblicher Weise verschließbar ist. Der Trommelbehälter 2 steht mit einer Waschmitteleinspülkammer 6 in Verbindung, vom Bodenbereich bzw. von dem sogenannten Sumpf des Laugenbehälters 2 geht ein Waschlaugen- bzw. Spülwasserablauf 7 ab, der an einer Waschflottenumwälzpumpe 8 angeschlossen ist. Von der Umwälzpumpe 8 zum Fördern der Waschflotte und des Spülwassers geht eine Waschflottenleitung 9 ab, in der ein elektrisch beheizter rohrartiger Durchlauferhitzer 11 zwischengeschaltet ist. Spülflotte möglichst rasch und zuverlässig gezielt in das Innere der Wäschetrommel 4 geleitet und damit dem Waschgut in der Wäschetrommel zugeführt wird bzw. dieses benetzt. Die Waschlaugenleitführung 15 nach den Fig. 2 und 3 ist fester Bestandteil der gummiartigen Faltenbalgdichtung 13, d.h. sie ist an dieser an- bzw. mit ausgeformt und besteht aus zwei in Achsrichtung des topfartigen Teils 5′′ des Bullaugentürfensters 5 verlaufenden Lappen 18, 18′. Die Lappen 18, 18′, die sich rechts und links neben der Laugenaustrittsöffnung 14 in der Faltenbalgdichtung 13 befinden, stützen sich auf den Umfangsmantel 5′ des Bullaugentürfensters 5 ab, so daß ein Leitkanal 17 entsteht, durch den die aus der Laugenaustrittsöffnung 14 zugeführte Wasch- bzw. Spülflotte auf den zur Wäschetrommel hin sich verjüngenden topfartigen Teil 5′′ eine direkte Fließrichtung ins Innere der Wäschetrommel 3 erhält. Die Lappen 18, 18′ sind weiterhin mit je einer seitlichen Laugenaustrittsöffnung 19, 19′ versehen, so daß ein Teil der auftreffenden Wasch- und Spülflotte auch seitlich von den Lappen 18, 18′ über den Mantel 5′ des Bullaugentürfensters 5 ablaufen kann. Dadurch soll eine mögliche Staubildung im räumlich begrenzten Leitkanal 17 vermieden und außerdem ein ständiges Bespülen des Bullaugentürfensters garantiert werden.As already mentioned, the washing liquor line 9 ends in or on the bellows seal 13 or is connected to it.
