Abstract

The previously known methods of introducing implants into jawbones are very time-consuming and expensive with regard to noble metals and laboratory costs. A considerable simplification and cost reduction are achieved by means of the pre-fabricated, standardised three-part dental implant according to the invention. The implant according to the invention is designed such that it comprises three parts. The ceramic screw a) possesses a screw thread and an internal screw thread and is screwed into the jaw with a pilot drill and a ratchet drill. A primary telescope (b) is screwed into the internal screw thread of the implant screw, and a secondary telescope with retention beads c) is placed thereon for anchorage in the denture.
