Abstract

In a shell-and-tube heat exchanger for the thermal afterburning of polluted exhaust air, the free ends (1') of the hot air guiding tubes (1) around which polluted air flows are fitted in the associated tube plate (sheet) (2) in a longitudinally movable fashion via a sliding seat (S). In this arrangement, insert sleeves (3) provided on the tube ends (1') with conical expansions (3a) or the like serve the purpose of thermal cleaning of any leakage flow escaping at the sliding seat (S). <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a tube bundle heat exchanger according to the preamble of the main claim.

With heat exchangers so heavily loaded in terms of temperature on the one hand, it is already known to put the pipes in the pipe to fit floors over sliding seat connections to how  it already discloses DE-PS 1 12 590, linear expansion conditions of the pipes due to temperature differences lichen; on the other hand, such connections have the Disadvantage that leakage is inevitable at the sliding seats currents emerge, which is especially bad if it is polluted exhaust air.

The present invention therefore has the task represents the disadvantage mentioned above in the form tigen that also at the pipe joints between Leaking pipe wall and pipe bottom hole currents are subjected to thermal afterburning. The overarching technical teaching of this invention goes thereby from the knowledge that the purely procedural Afterburning and thus cleaning of the leakage flows the easiest way to do this is to last tere forces it to the red hot free pipe ends the hot air duct protruding from the tube sheet pipes to stroke along.

According to sub-characteristic b) of the main claim, this is On In terms of device, the solution has already been generally solved by that in the area of the sliding seat from the respective Tube cone protruding, free tube ends he continued or out of concurrency to the pipe  have flanged parts towards the bottom, with a more or less large gap distance in front of the tube sheet ends and thus the leakage currents at these glowing Forcing end pieces to stroke along, which then too leads to afterburning and exhaust air purification.

Es zeigen:Special and advantageous design features of this inventive concept are from the subclaims can be seen and shown in the drawings. Show it:

Fig. 1 eine Rohr-/Rohrbodenverbindungsstelle im Längsschnitt, Fig. 1 is a tube / tube base joint in longitudinal section,

Fig. 2 eine Alternativausführung zu Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 shows an alternative embodiment to Fig. 1 and

Fig. 3 eine weitere Alternative. Fig. 3 shows another alternative.

All three drawing figures show general inventions basic system with the following features:

a. Schiebesitz S bzw. S 1 in dem jeweiligen Rohrboden 2 geführt, (und) a. The hot air guide tubes 1 are guided in a known manner at least at one end as a plug-in or sliding seat S or S 1 in the respective tube sheet 2 , (and)

4 a auf.b. superior in the sliding seat S or S 1 from the tube sheet 2, the free pipe ends 1 'have flared Fig. 1 or flanged Fig. 2 and 3 parts 3 a and 4 a on.

4 a an in die Rohr enden 1′ eingeschobenen Hülsen 3 bzw. 4 sitzen. Because the mounting of such deformation of the pipe ends a wealth of difficulties are manufac turing technically contrary, is now provided in a special embodiment that the actual pipe ends 1 'are formed geradeverlaufend and the deformed parts 3 a and 4 a in the pipe ends 1' inserted Fit sleeves 3 and 4 respectively. These sle sen can be smooth-walled in their area inside the tube (a), or, as the illustration half-sections ( b ) show, additional clamping beads or the like. exhibit.

Particularly low leakage flows occur when, as shown in Figure 3 rigidly connected to the tube sheet 2 Muf fen 5 for longitudinally accommodating the free tube ends 1 'are provided. these sleeves 5 can be welded with welding 6 or in any other way anchor in the tube sheet 2 .
