Abstract

Der Faserschreiber besteht aus einer auswechselbaren Mine 5, die in dem Gehäuse, bestehend aus Unterteil 3 und Oberteil 4 mit Gewinde 19, eingesteckt ist. In der Gleithülse 2 sind die Bauelemente zum Abdichten der Faserspitze 8 zusammengefaßt. In der Schwenkkappe 6 ist die Formdichtung 7 eingesetzt und durch den Hinterschnitt 13 befestigt. Die Formdichtung ist zur besseren Abdichtung mit einem Wulst 11 versehen, sowie einer kugelförmigen Kammer 12, die den Freiraum für die Faserspitze 8 schafft. Über einen Hebelmechanismus wird die Schwenkkappe 6 um 90 Grad von der Faserspitze 8 geschwenkt. Durch Verschieben des Stellringes 1 wird der Drehzapfen 15 innerhalb der Kulissenführung 9 bewegt, die kurvenförmige Gleitfläche 24 der Schwenkkappe 6 gleitet an der Drehlagerung 10 und hebelt die Schwenkkappe von der Faserspitze 8 bis die Anschlagkante 14 gegen den Stellring 1 schlägt. Das Verschließen erfolgt in umgekehrter Richtung durch Verschieben des Stellringes 1 nach vorn, dabei wird die Schwenkkappe 6 mit der Formdichtung 7 gegen die Mine 5 gedrückt. Nachdem die Schwenkkappe 6 herausgeschwenkt ist, läßt sich die Gleithülse 2, die zur ergonomischen Verbesserung mit Griffmulden 21 ausgestattet ist, über das Oberteil 4 verschieben bis sie in den Rippen 17 leicht einrastet und gegen den Anschlagbund 18 schlägt. In dieser Position der Gleithülse ist das Schreibgerät funktionsbereit. Das Unterteil 3 ist zur Erhöhung der Griffigkeit mit einem Ringprofil 20 versehen. Nach Abschluß der Schreibarbeit wird mit zwei Fingern in den Griffmulden 21 die Gleithülse 2 nach vorn geschoben, wobei sie aus den Rippen 17 ausrastet, über das Oberteil 4 gleitet, bis der Anschlagrand 23 gegen den Bund schlägt und dann über den den Drehzapfen 15 die Schwenkkappe 6 vor die Faserspitze 8 gedrückt wird.
