Description
- einrichtung zum Bestimmen des Feuchtigkeitsgehalts in
- Sabynöschenwindeln während des Tragens Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaltung zur Bestimmung des Feuchtigkeitsgehalts in Babywindeln während des Tragens laut Oberbegriff des PatentansprLchs.
- Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eire Meßschaltung zur Bestimmung des Feuchtigkeitsgehalts im Nässespeichermaterial von Babywindeln (tdegwerfhöschenwindeln) festzulegen, daß sie einerseits kostengünstig ist und andererseits die berüh; rungslose unmittelbare Bestimmung des Feuchtigkeitsgehalts ermöglicht.
- Diese Aufgabe wird ausgehend von einer Schaltung laut Oberaegriff des Patentanspruchs durch dessen kennzeichnende Verkmale gelöst.
- ei ier erfindungsgemäßen Schaltung wird auf der Resonanzfrequenz io des Schwingkreises, cessen Werlustwiderstand R, welcher seinerseits direkt abhängig vom Feuchtigkeitsgehalt im Nässespeicher ist, berührungslos bestimmt. Der Schwingkreis, welcher z.B. an der bauchseite der Babywindel in diese eingearbeitet ist, wird zur Bestimmung des Feuchtigkeitsgehalts im Inneren der windel, von außen durch induktive Ankopplung erregt. Die dabei notwendige Erregungsenergie ist ein Maß für den mittleren Feuchtigkeitsgehalt m Nässespeichermaterial.
- Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand einer schematischen Zeichnung an einem Ausführungsbeisaiel näher erläutert.
- Die Figur 1 zeigt das Prinzipschaltbild einer erfindungsgemäßen Meßschaltung, mit einem in der Babywindel eingearbeiteten, verlustbehafteten Schwingkreis1, der zur Bestimmung des jeweiligen Werlustwiderstands R, induktiv an einen auf der selben Resonanzfrequenz O erregten Schwingkreis 2 im Meßteil 3 angekoppelt wird.
- Die von seiten der Oszillatorschaltung 4 zur Erlangung einer bestimmten Schwingungsamplitude auf der Frequenz wO aufzubringende Energie ist um so höher, je höher der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt im Nässespeichermaterial ist.
- it einem einstellbaren Widerstand 5 kann diese Energiezufuhr derart dosiert werden, daß eine Auswerteschaltung 6 bei Unterschreitung der jeweils mindestens notwendigen Erregungsenergie des Schwingkreises 1 , ein optisches und akustisches Signal an der Meldeeinrichtung 7 auslöst.
- Oie Figur 2 zeigt als Beispiel den Schwingkreis 1, eingebettet in eine Babywindel mit einer Auslegung der metallischen Leiter 2,3 und 4, welche über die elektrische Leitfähigkeit des feuchten Nässespeichermaterials 5, den feuchtigkeitsabhängigen Werlustwiderstand R aus Figur 1 bilden. Die Schwingkreiskapazität wird durch die beiden Kondensatoren 6 und 7 gebildet, welche parallel zur Schwingkreisspule 8 liegen.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch rinrichtung zum Bestimmen des Feuchtigkeitsgehalts in #abyhöschenwinde1n während des Tragens, mit einem in die 'indel eingearbeiteten werlustbehafteten Schwingkreis und einem induktiv daran angekoppelten Meßteil mit ier Möglichkeit zur Ablesung des jeweiligen Feuchtigkeitsgehalts, d a d u r c h g e k e n n -z e i c h n e t , daß der Verlustwiderstand R des Wchwingkreises durch den Feuchtigkeitsgehalt des Nässesoeichermaterials bestimmt ist.
